Our stay was nice and relaxing. The place was clean and the other areas to attend within the location those were clean & staff was polite. Anytime I had to reach out to the host prior to the trip and even during I got a quick response back. The one part about the pool with no music except using through headphones that was kind of a downer, but did understand. That area was clean, nice and the way they did. The landscaping was great.

We had multiple issues with our stay. There was an undisclosed 115 mandatory check in fee upon arrival. Unprofessional and angry management demanded access to the property part-way through the stay to perform multiple window replacements with less than 15 minutes notice (and no prior disclosure). They estimated this activity would take 3 hours. If you’ve ever had windows replaced, you know it’s a big job with lots of noise, dust and debris. We could not accommodate the demand for entry into the unit on such short notice. We spent our 4th and 5th days of our stay trying to reach resolution and relocating. Vacasa management offered to compensate us for 2 nights of the stay and we could continue to stay there or check out. We checked out one day early to avoid further conflict. After we checked out, Vacasa attempted to rescind the offer and still haven't provided the agreed-upon compensation. Based on our experience, we would not recommend staying in this property or any property associated with Vacasa, as the individuals associated with this company were unreasonable and rude. VRBO was responsive, but were limited in their ability to provide relief, as this apartment was scheduled for maintenance through the condo association, which was managed through Mike Z Rentals (local company), which fell under Vacasa and then posted on VRBO. Because of this complicated situation, none of these entities took responsibility for booking us for our stay during scheduled construction

Perfect

Clean, comfy and quiet. The 2 bedrooms and living room share access to a nice size terrace, all off which look out on a beautifully landscaped area w a water fall. Highly recommend!

Comfortable & clean

Really nice condo. Has all the amenities we needed for a great week. Don’t miss Hogfish Harry’s, the restaurant on the property. It’s a favorite. We have stayed at this resort for several years for spring break, and it’s always perfect.

Don't use Vasco

The condo had not been cleaned when we checked in at 5:30PM. It was a mess. There are stains on the comforters. The dishwasher did not work. Internet was spotty. We would not stay at this condo again. I would try to avoid stay at any Vasco owned condos at Park Shore Resorts. We've stayed at 2 and were not happy with either of them. Have stayed at other condo there over the past years and have been happy with those.

Property management were very disappointing

Had to wait until 4 pm to check in - very rigid with the property reception blaming the property management team. At 4pm when allowed access we were met with workmen in the property who were there for the first hour of our check in. Raised with Vacasa who as expected did nothing they promised action but did nothing

Almost perfect!

Beautiful home/Condo only 2 flaws/challenges, dishwasher did not work properly and TV in 2nd Bedroom was not connected for cable tv. It did not provide access to Cable TV, only PPV Channels. Dishwasher leaked and was not secured to Cabinet/Counter. Otherwise very enjoyable vacation, beautiful area, great restaurants and activities in area with the beach just 5-minute drive from our complex.Great ammenities at the

Review of Park Shore Vacasa unit

Pre-check in customer service was very poor. Terrible communication from Vacasa customer service to the local property manager. Two days before our scheduled arrival I received an email from Vacasa that the lanai/porch was under construction and would not be available and that the elevator was not working and we were in a third floor unit. It turned out that the lanai/porch construction had been completed, but I spent an hour and a half on hold and with Vacasa customer service before the local property manager called to tell me that. She also said the elevator had just broken even though the email saying it was broken was dated earlier. When we checked in the unit had one hand towel, no can opener and the garbage disposal did not work. The unit was nicely furnished and comfortable.

Nice Condo

Nicely redone condo - still has some construction materials in the closets. Advertise as having 2 king beds but it's one king bed and one queen bed - don't know why they keep lying about that. When arrived there was no coffee maker - called and they had one delivered by the next afternoon which was appreciated.

Short stay, great location

Great neighborhood to walk around and also very close to shops and restaurants. Very clean and mostly accurate to description. Only one King bed - listing says two. Other was queen and not nearly as comfortable. We were not advised of all the construction going on in the development but happily we spent most of our time elsewhere. Great nature sounds with running water and birds. Great bbqs for guest use. Elevator was broken on our last day. Unit is on the third floor :/
