Luxurious Modern 4BR, Heated Pool near Beach and Mercato! Newly Renovated!

  • 4 bedroom, 2 full bath with a tub, fully renovated home with a heated saltwater swimming pool. Minutes from the beach and Mercato. Sleeps 8 people comfortably (1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins). Beach chairs, as well as a high chair, pack & play, and stroller are available at the premise. There is a nice patio area in the back with a gazebo, fire table, BBQ grill, and several chairs to lay out on around the heated pool.

    The space
    Heated pool. Property has very high vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Bathrooms are newly renovated. Large flat screen TV's and new appliances throughout.

    This property has 3 parking spaces. Only a few blocks away from the beach and Mercato.

    Other things to note
    Internet/WiFi is very fast and consistent. If you work from home and need fast internet speed, this is a great set up. This home does have outdoor security (RING) cameras, that are typically only monitored when the house is vacant.

Lovely home, warm pool

We stayed two weeks over Christmas and New Year’s. Huge kitchen with large dining table and tv room with plenty of seating. We loved the pool area and swam even when weather was chilly because the pool was so warm. Highly recommend for families!

Wonderful property

Our family of 6 loved staying in this spacious and open floor plan home. We enjoyed cooking together and being able to interact with everyone in the large and open public space. We enjoyed the pool and the short commute to our favorite beaches (delnore-Wiggins, Vanderbilt, Clam pass). We would definitely rent this place again.

Perfect Naples House

Stayed here for Spring Break and it was lovely. Everything you need plus a pool! Paul was a great host and answered any questions we had. He’s available 24/7 and is super responsive. Kitchen very well appointed. Location is good. We visited 4 different beaches during our stay and made good use of the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas provided. All in all we had a great time!
