Great hotel

Very great hotel. I booked two separate beds room which is very clean and large. We can leave luggage before check in. If I go to Napoli again, I would book this hotel.

ナポリわ治安が悪そうで物騒。ホテルの部屋の鍵が開けづらく、部屋もかなり奥のほうで薄暗かったりベットがロフトのような階段を上らないといけない場所にある

駅近ですが周辺の治安はあまりよくはない

ナポリ中央駅からすぐなのでロケーションはいいです。ただナポリ駅周辺はアフリカ系の人がたむろっているので治安はあまりいいとはいえません。近くにスーパーがありますしホテル内に自動販売機もありました。大型ホテルのようで受付はいつもこんでいます。

リーズらブルな駅近ホテル

駅右側出口を出れば目の前です。電車利用で近隣（カゼルタ、ソレントetc）に行くのに便利。又、海方面にはトリブナリ通り経由で歩く（ナポリを感じられる）駅前からバス利用が便利です。ロケーションは良いと思います。朝食は６ユーロで値段の割に良いです（野菜あり）朝食スタッフはとても感じ良いです。部屋数の割にレセプションスタッフは１人なので時に待たされます。チェックイン時感じの悪いスタッフで嫌な思いをしました。冷蔵庫ありでホテルを選んだのに冷蔵庫置き場は空っぽ。困るのでレセプションに伝えると全室無いとバカにしたような態度で言い張る感じの悪い女性スタッフ、やっと運んで来た冷蔵庫は１H経っても作動せず。申し出るも2H待てだの、目もり合わせが違うだの屁理屈でごまかそうとする。再度変えてもらい４H以上かかり疲れました。とても感じの良いレセプションスタッフもいたのでバラツキがあるようです。私がはずれに当たっただけかも。価格、立地、設備等を考慮すると再訪ありかな。

ナポリ中央駅脇

何回か利用していますが，裏のホテルと合体したのか，今回の部屋は雰囲気も面白かったです。メゾネットタイプで，ベットも一人用・二人用と２台あり，快適でした。バスタオルも大きくて気持ちいいです。

お湯があまり出ませんでした。水圧、清潔感は問題ありません。あと部屋が3階だったのですがエレベーターは2階までなので最後は階段で登らなくてはなりませんでした。ベビーカーがあったので少し大変でした。

コスパ抜群、周辺環境にやや難あり

駅に近くて便利な場所にありました。部屋が広く値段が手頃なのでコスパは良いです。が、周囲の治安があまり良い感じはしなかったので旅慣れない人にはお勧め出来ません。ホテルスタッフも気さくで対応はしっかりしています。ただ滞在中に一度停電があったので、設備的に大丈夫か心配になりました。

ホテル周辺の治安が不安

ホテルは価格が安いのでそれなりの設備。シャワーのお湯は熱く湯量も豊富、しかしトイレの水量が少なく流れが悪く苦労。チェックアウトの時、無料だと思った水ボトルが有料で1日2ユーロを加算される。Wi-Fiは室内ではつながりが悪かった。

古いけど利便性がいい！

近道は、ナポリ中央駅に着いたら駅の出口まで進まず、ホームが途切れたら右方向に進み、突き当り左手にある出口を出て右前方に見えるので、道路を渡ればすぐです。（ナポリ全体がそうですが、車が多く運転も荒いので渡る際は注意が必要です。）ホテルは歴史があり、部屋も古いですが清潔感はあると思います。初日に冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーターが1本あったので飲みました。2日めは補充がなかったのでサービスなのかと思いましたが、3日めに4本補充されていたので怪しいと思ったら、結局1.5ユーロ（1本）請求されました。また、ナポリの宿泊税は1人1泊2.5ユーロ請求されます。駅にもスーパーにも近い利便性で選んだので、費用対効果は満足です。次回も宿泊したいと思います。

中央駅に近いのでまわりの治安は良くない。認識した上での利用をオススメします。 Wifiアクセスができない部屋があり、非常に不便でした。家族のもう一つの部屋はつながりました。改善要です。

We are sorry that you didn't like the area close to the hotel: it is the best location to visit Naples easily and even in a few days due to its proximity to main bus stops, undergrounds and most of all to local trains to reach Sorrento and Amalfi coast. With reference to wifi, unfortunately during your stay there were some problems caused by an overcharge of traffic which was promptly solved by our side calling our technicians. 今回は一人旅でしたのでこのホテルを選びました。駅の真横でとてもロケーションが良く便利です、後はシングルルーム、アメニティ、朝食等値段相応で残念ながら部屋でのwifiはほぼアクセス出来ませんでした。

お勧めです

夫婦と未就学の小さい子ども２人でファミリールームを利用しました。駅から近くてわかりやすく、スタッフも親切、部屋は広く、設備は申し分ありません。冷蔵庫の中のミネラルウォーターを飲みましたが、チェックアウト時にお金はいいと言われました。ただ１点、部屋に電気ポットがないのが残念でした。イタリアのホテルはどこもそのようですが、チェックアウト時に宿泊税が別途現金で徴収されます。エクスペディアの明細ではそのことがはっきりと書いていなく（別途徴収されるかされないのか、どのようにも読めるように書いてある）、エクスペディアの料金明細表記が不満でした。

ナポリなのでスーツケースを持ってホテル探しは危険かと思い駅からすぐそばのこのホテルを選びました。ダブルルームのシングルユースにしたらバスタブもついてました。朝食も宿泊代を考えると上等でした。駅のそばだとどこへ行くのも便利。ただし周りの雰囲気を重視する人にはむかないかもしれません。

新しくてきれいなホテルだが・・・

駅に比較的近く建物も新しくて部屋もきれいで広さもそこそこあるいいホテルである。ただ、フロントの女性が（たまたまそういう人に当たったのかもしれないが）愛想もなく、こちらの質問にも無表情で対応するなどで感じが悪かった。部屋ではWi-fiが使えず、フロントにロビーでは使えると言われたが全然繋がらなかった。バスルームにはバスタブがあったが、シャワーカーテンがなかったためしゃがんで身体を洗った。が、それでも湯が飛び散ってバスルームは水浸しになってしまった。ユニットになっているので、バスタオルで床を拭いてからでないとトイレが使用できなかった。

駅西口の出入り口斜め前のため安全に移動ができ、快適に過ごせます。スタッフの対応も親切で、朝食もちょうどいいコスパの良いホテルです。

朝食が変わった

昨年の春に宿泊したときにはなかった生野菜が増えていました。基本的に設備は古いですが、エアコンもあってとくに問題はありません。また、今年はプローチダ島に行くのにスーツケースを1泊預けたのですが、料金は取られませんでした。駅前の広場の物騒な雰囲気や信号の無い交差点を何回も渡らないと駅前の広場を通過できないことを考えると、荷物が大きい時には最高のロケーションです。初めてのナポリなら、とりあえずここに一泊して、町の様子を見てから他のホテルに移動するというのも良いかもしれません。

ナポリ中央駅に近いが、ホテル周辺の環境が悪い

ナポリ中央駅に近いので、予約してがホテルの周辺は浮浪者がたくさんいた。チェックイン時間前の午前中到着したが、すぐに部屋に入れた。翌日、バス旅行に出かけるため手荷物を預けたが、預かり料を手荷物1個につき4€取られた。フロントの担当者が常に1名しか配置されていなく忙しそう！室内・朝食は☆☆☆相応で可もなく不可もない。

The room was like a cupboard, very small. The was no bottled water or tea making facilities. The bed was awful and sleeping on the floor was more comfortable. Terrible breakfast and not great service. We left early as it was so bad. It felt like we were given the worse room possible.

Albergo molto comodo e confortevole adiacente la stazione centrale di Napoli. Camere recentemente ristrutturate, personale molto accogliente. Interni curati e servizi accurati. Dintorni un po' da stazione come in tutte le grandi città. Usate il passaggio pedonale per la stazione del fronte all'albergo sulla desta per accedere alla stazione e alle metropolitane.

Quick getaway

Lovely older hotel with lots of charm, close to the railway station. On a quiet side street with lots of cafes. Room was comfortable. Sounds from the hallways echoed into the room. There was a school group but overall they tried to keep the noise down. Maybe rooms should be booked away from where groups are staying.

Hotel was really nice. Comfortable and good facilities. The area was not so good but it was close to the train station.
