  • This is a sweet and cozy Naples Park home that will make you want to relax and put your feet up. It is walking distance from the Mercato which features shopping, restaurants, and bars. Guests can easily bike to Vanderbilt Beach located 1.5 miles from the front door with the provided beach cruisers. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Publix, Kayaks, Golf courses and movie theaters are located in the immediate area.

    Welcome to our Family Friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! This home also features a large fenced in backyard with a dining table and propane grill perfect for a relaxing dinner cooked at home.

    There are three bedrooms:

    #1 Master Bedroom with en Suite Bathroom, King bed
    #2 Two Twin Beds, optional Crib
    #3 Queen Bed

    **Living Room offers a 2 person sleeper sofa.**

    Very close distance to Vanderbilt Beach which offers parking, bathrooms, showers, rentals, walking distance to Ritz Carlton witch on beach dining (Gumbo Limbo).

    Less than 1 mile in the opposite direction you will find Mercato with Whole Foods, Shopping, Restaurants and Nightlife, Movie Theater etc. There's also Pavilion Plaza with restaurants, movies etc. Close by you will find Trader Joes, Marshals, Kayaking, and many more.

Great stay!

Had a great time staying in this modern, comfortable house - comfortable beds, lovely showers everything we needed. Ben was very quick to resolve any issues and easy to communicate with. The location was great for us - all day, free pickleball social play 10 minutes away at Veterans Park and a beautiful beach a short drive away. Naples park is just lovely.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and well stocked. There are two very good breakfast restaurants within walking distance (Joe’s Diner and Cafe Gourmand). We used the two provided bikes to ride to the beach every day, just a ten minute bike ride.

Good spot for a beach weekend.

My girls and I had a great time in Naples! The VRBO was clean and had enough space for 7 of us to be comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only issue was that the lawn care people come on Saturdays and we had no idea so it caught us off guard to have a bunch of men in our space. Overall, this is a solid VRBO and I would recommend for a bachelorette or girls weekend.

Wonderful Home, Great Owner

This was the second winter we stayed here, and we will be back for a third. The house is great—clean, well maintained and centrally located. It is near wonderful restaurants, several excellent golf courses, and world class pickle ball facilities. The neighborhood is great and the owner is friendly and attentive. We had a minor issue with the freezer, a repair man was out the next day and the owner followed up immediately to make sure everything had been taken care of.

Relaxing trip to Naples

Nice 3 bedroom home. Clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Nice shower. Plenty of towels. Back yard is fenced in. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed for a two week getaway. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Perfect streets for a walk or bike ride. About 1.5 miles to the beach - too far to carry a chair or cooler. We drove to the beach and parked in the public garage. Vanderbilt beach has a wide, beautiful white sand beach with small waves, and public restrooms. The house is close to shopping, groceries, and restaurants - all within a mile radius. Ben was a good host and responsive to our requests.

The cottage looked exactly how it looked on the listing. It was very clean and all the appliances were updated.i have sleep apnea and i slept in the 3rd bdroom without the tv and i had no problem going to sleep. The bed was so comfortable i slept like a baby. They did have plenty of board games for us to play which the kids enjoyed. And the backyard was perfect spacious enough for them to play. I would love to stay at this property again when I go back to Naples.

Home away from home

Stay was comfortable and close to another family. Beach extras were nice. Bedding could be more comfortable. Pillows were very flat. No extra comfortable blankets. The ones that were there were scratchy wool. Bikes would have been a nice extra to have to get to the beach. No bathing shampoo or soap sample sizes provided.

I love Naples Park

I recommend this property for anyone interested in being close to Vanderbilt Beach. We enjoyed walking the beach, swimming and watching the amazing sunsets. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a great addition. The property was bright and clean and the owner was responsive to our request for kitchen knives. I would highly recommend this property and also stay here again.
