This property was represented to be a Studio with amenities. The instructions given by the company representing this property is different than the people in charge of the day to day services. They are a third party and not on property. Upon check in I was given a code to our rental which did not work and then proceeded to go to the desk in the hotel area just to be informed that that the lock box was not set up to work. Very frustrating since you think you are doing something wrong. Was then handed keys to a totally different rental unit on the second floor, did not accept so then was told that my rental was not available so was given a unit next to the one I was supposed to receive. It was not at all the same inside, it was no near what was pictured and was also dirty. Went back to desk and then was somehow miraculously given keys to room booked. This too was not acceptable the king bed was falling down, was dirty and it had very little of anything else available that was described or pictured. I did move to a third room which was not as promised but at least was clean. I was offered a partial refund from representative at the hotel. He (Ziggy) told me to contact Evolve and let them know what he had promised. I did call them the second day I was there and was not given any directive to do anything at that time other than they would talk with the hotel representative. They waited until I had left and then refused any refund. Very Sad
