Cuter inside!
The property manager was great at communication! This was at least a 15 min walk to the beach. You are very close to great restaurants and shopping! There was a man walking around on the street (probably on drugs) a couple houses down many evenings that made the location not ideal. Hope he moves. The pool was heated so a great way to spend cool days, but the cover was a piece of bubble wrap and it’s not enclosed, which left it pretty dirty after a few days. The house technically has two bathrooms, but one is super tiny. Two kids couldn’t share the tiny one, so we had to share the large one with a kid. The house had lots of great things like games, coolers, chairs, beach towels, gas grill etc. The strong smells were overpowering for us personally. If you have allergies/sensitivities convey that to the manager prior to your visit.
