Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beaches. 5 minute drive to grocery shopping and restaurants including Publix, Trader Joe’s and Walmart. Short commute to Naples special attractions in town. 10 minutes to Ritz Carlton. 8 minutes to Mercato. 15 minutes to 5th Avenue and 3rd Street.
2 bed/2bth, spacious living room with sofa sleeper, dining area combo and large lanai. 4 separate beds. 1200 sq ft of living area.

Located on the bay with boat and kayak rentals and access to the gulf! Amazing location! Beach chairs, cart, cooler, umbrellas, and towels as well as sand toys included. Welcome to Paradise! Must book minimum 12 days before check in in order to fill out registration forms required by association along with $150 registration fee.

We booked this wonderful apartment for 16 days over Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Nothing was missing! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Everything is like new and tastefully furnished. The beds are very comfortable. Towels, beach towels, and bed linen are provided in sufficient quantity. There are plenty of comfortable beach chairs and a sun umbrella.The location of the apartment is perfect. The beautiful beach is really only a 5-minute walk away, and the pool is just 1 minute away. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the building.The landlady, Margaret, welcomed us very warmly and responded immediately to any questions by email. It was a perfect vacation. We will definitely come back. Many thanks!

Awesome

Our contact with the owner was always with a quick response and she is very helpful. Location to the beach is great, grounds are well taken care of. The pool and pool deck is right outside the door. The condo is all brand new, kitchen is full with everything you need. Large televisions in all rooms, beds are comfortable, beautiful decor and a very nice patio lanai. Gas grills by the pool with allot of seating and umbrellas. Theres nothing that you could need or want. Would not hesitate to stay again. Margaret is a great host.

Naples get away

We rented this condo for the entire month of February. We couldn’t e more pleased. Everything was new. Very clean and comfortable. It is very well stocked with all the comforts of home. Very impressed with the kitchen cookware and the dishes are very nice. It took us no time to settle in. The owner is very accessible. Very nice and friendly. The location is great for shopping and amazing restaurants. . We can’t wait to come back next year.

Wonderful unit on main floor.

Excellent experience. Close to beach. Pool is 50ft out the back door of unit! Large and spacious. Bring soon AAA batteries for remotes and laundry/dishwasher soap. Would definitely return.

Excellent Rental Experience

This condo had a great location, just 4 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and had all the necessities needed for a worry free vacation. The great selection of dishes and utensils made it easy to eat in. We had all the beach chairs and umbrellas needed as well as a beach cart for easy transport. I recommend this unit if you want easy beach access and a great overall rental experience. Margaret was a great host who was very easy to work with during the rental process. Antoni Z.

Long Overdue Stay to Unplug and Unwind!

Margaret’s Condo is a perfect 10! 30 steps from her back patio is the wonderful pool and lounge chairs. 4 minute walk to the private entrance to the beach. Gulf Shore Dr has a great walking path and is a 3.25 mile round trip walk from her condo to the end of the beach. Great bike lanes from her Condo. We biked to Old Naples, Ft Myers, and Bonita Beach. Great Restuarant’s, grocery and shops close by. Margaret was awesome to work with and made sure her condo was top notch during our stay!!

Anniversary getaway

We had the mosey wonderful time!!! Margaret was a great host. She left us a list of great dining, shopping and activities…. The condo was super clean and everything was perfect. Winter escape

This condo was just what we needed to break up the winter blues. The condo is clean, quiet and 1st floor, which is a real plus. The pool is steps away and Vanderbilt beach is a short 5 minute walk. Comfortable Beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided! The kitchen is well stocked with the ability to cook a meal. However, there are so many great restaurants to choose from that are so close that we took advantage of them after watching the beautiful sunsets on the beach. Margaret made the check in/check out very easy and was very nice and accommodating. We will be back again next year!

Excellent Location

This is a nice condominium in a great location. Kitchen is well equipped. Margaret, the owner, is very responsive to any questions you may have. With the first floor location you are just steps from the pool. The walk to Vanderbilt Beach is about 250 yards (5 minutes max). The Wiggins State Park is also a very short walk. I would definitely rent here again. Dave, February 2020.

Nice place close to the Beach

This property was located in a very nice area .. close to the beach , shopping , and restaurants !! We had a very pleasant stay and the owner of the property was very good at communicating with us !!! We will be back in the future !!!
