Good amenity hotel
I stayed in summer of 2016, clean and good amenity hotel, especially the shower of bathroom wa good. We could move the shower. Staff was very kind. But the location is not so convenient, this was the only cons. Totally I recommend this hotel.

レンターカー必須のロケーションだが、ナパの自然に触れ合うことが出来る。
部屋は広くて快適であったが、周辺には何もなく、また、ホテルにはレストランが併設されていないので、車（レンタカー）がないと不便である。

綺麗なホテルで快適に過ごせますが・・・　騒音が？？
綺麗なホテルで快適に過ごせましたが、周りには何も無いので７～８ｋｍ走ってNapa市内まで行かないと美味しいレストランは有りませんでした。でもNapaには、たくさんのレストランがあり人気 No1のステーキハウスで食事が出来たのでこれも有りかも・・　値段は、少し高めでしたが凄く美味しいお肉を頂くことが出来きました。ホテルは、比較的新しいこともあり綺麗でしたが国道が側を走っているので車の音が気になりました。朝食は付いていますが、期待しない方が良いです。

きれいなホテル
2年ほどナパに住んでいました。当時には無い新しいホテルであるので、とてもきれいで清潔。レンタカーを利用しながらなら、駐車場も無料で部屋の近くに駐めることもできるので、利用価値は高い。場所的に飛行場の近くで、ダウンタウンから離れているので良くはないが、ナパという地は、そういったロケーションを楽しむところなので、それはそれでいい。

Muy ruidoso
El hotel está muy cerca de Sixflags así que hay muchos niños. Nos tocó en el piso 2 y fueron ruidos constantes en el techo. Carreras y brincos a todas horas. Creo que podrían acomodar a las familias en los pisos bajos y las parejas o clientes sin niños en el piso tres. Nosotros íbamos a los viñedos principalmente. Así que no recomiendo este hotel para ese propósito.

We do take into consideration families but we generally do not know when people are with children until they arrive. Depending on the occupancy, some rooms are not available at that point. We appreciate the suggestion though and this will help ensure we keep it at top of mind.

A very mediocre stay in a mediocre hotel. Front desk worker that checked us in seemed burned out. No one was very friendly. The room was just ok. Next time I’ll pay more money to get the friendlier service And nicer room.

This is Napa, the birthplace of world-class California fresh cuisine. The breakfasts were abundant…abundantly filled with junk food and high fructose corn syrup. The one concession was cage-free eggs, but I don't believe they were fresh either. The place is tired and so is the staff. It is geographically remote and yet still noisy. Suffice it to say, I was not impressed. Americans should do better.

Lovely Hotel
Everything was perfect. Beautiful spacious rooms and grounds were well kept. Conveniently located to our conference venue and San Francisco. Staff were very accomodating. Free breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious.

Overpaid for basic, standard King room. In a nice, but nothing overly fancy Springhill Suites, 20 minutes outside of Napa, CA. One night, $600! Should not have used Hotel.Co. Will never again.

We stayed here with our two small kids. And the pool is under construction which is fine but wasn’t on the website. And I called the manager which he never responded. Which’s hard because Napa is not too kid friendly so it would have been nice to let them swim. We would have stayed at another place.

Great stay in Napa-Sonoma wine country
Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and breakfast before a full day of spending money at wineries and eateries! The hotel is located close to Napa activities as well as Sonoma. The service was friendly and hotel was clean, but could use a few upgrades.

The concierge woman was very kind and welcoming. She noticed my birthday on my ID and wished me a happy birthday, as it was the next day. Shortly after we got into our room, I got a birthday card under my door. Very thoughtful!
