ナパのダウンタウンから少し離れていますが、その分お手頃に泊まれました。部屋の設備はやや古いですが、広くて清潔でした。スタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。

This hotel has a SERIOUS ant problem. All over the counters and flat surfaces. We complained immediately. They sprayed the room. The ants came back. We received a $90 credit. Would much preferred no bugs. Do not recommend anyone stay here until they take care of this infestation. Gross

The odor in the room was so strong possibly from the chemicals from cleaning, bath towels had stains, ant problems near microwave.

Convenient with clean rooms and acceptable free breakfast. Prices competitive. BUT on the last of five nights there were a lot of ants around the microwave and refrigerator area. When reporting it to the front dest we were given a can of ant spray and some paper towels. No staff was available to come to the room to inspect and spray. Also, at check in we were given a card key that expired the next day. Had to go to the desk and request a new key

A bit shady for the our taste. Thin walls. Homeless person was sleeping in the elevator. Breakfast was nice. I’m probably the best they they offered. Not convenient to turn in to.

The staff at front desk is always THE BEST! They are attentive and friendly. The rooms could use a refresher. There were ants in my room and the internet was not working very good. Overall though the location is great and again, the staff is a 10!!!

great place 5 out of 5. staff was help and friendly both at check in and check out. complimentary breakfast was pretty good eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels, coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt and fruit perfect for the kids and adults. room was clean and pool conveniently indoors. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our last minute trip with the family

Room was OK for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean overall and had no issues with ants or bugs. Bathroom was meh - was not as clean as it could've been, and smelled musty. Location is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores. We felt very safe in the area. Pool was out of order the entire 4 days we were there. No reason why. Super bummed about that. Breakfast was very basic and the same every day. No fresh pastries, basic fruit. FYI - room doors are on the outside of the property. This wasn't clear to me in the photos, and could be a deal breaker to some. Would stay again if the pool was in service.

The initial impression was not good but Staff quickly fixed the broken toilet handle. I was able to get the closet doors to work right with just a few minutes effort. Buffet was nice.

The hotel was extremely clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delightful scent in the room upon entering. It was spacious and cozy, with a very convenient location close to restaurants and markets within walking distance. Despite initial concerns about parking, we encountered no issues. Although we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we passed by while others were dining and it looked good. For the price we paid, it was definitely worth it. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. This will be my go-to hotel when I return to Napa.
