The Cocoonr agency offers you an apartment on the third and top floor (with elevator), with a large living room, three bedrooms, a lovely balcony and basement parking. In short, it's ideal for a family or business associates. Close to the city center.

Epicéa is a spacious apartment located 10/15 minutes' walk from the city center. Fully furnished with attractive furnishings, it has three bedrooms and sleeps six, and can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers. Don't miss out on a stay in this comfortable apartment!

This 95 m² apartment is ideally located between Place Mellinet and Place René Bouhier. Located on the third and top floor with elevator, the layout includes
a vast entrance opening onto a large living room: kitchen, living room, dining room. This space features large bay windows with access to the balcony. The night area is separate and comprises three bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom and separate WC. The bedrooms also open onto the balcony.

A major advantage: secure private underground parking.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with its three bedrooms equipped as follows: 1 double bed (160X200), 1 double sofa bed (140X200) and two single beds (90X190). Note that it is possible to combine the 2 single beds to make a double bed.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, so all you have to do is put your suitcases down. Facilities include: Nespresso coffee machine, wifi connection, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Cocoonr Agency
The Epicéa apartment is managed by Agence Cocoonr in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few coffee pods and tea and sugar bags.

Neighborhood and transport

All the shops you need are around 7 minutes' walk away (bakery, supermarket, etc.).
Located 10 /15 minutes' walk from the center of Nantes and 5 minutes' walk from tramway line 1 and bus lines C1, C3 and 11! These will take you to the Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the train station in less than 15 minutes. The Machines de l'île are just a 15-minute walk away. As you can see, Epicéa is ideally located for your stay in Nantes.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel mais un peu décevant quant à sa situation par rapport au centre ville (20 mn à pied) et pas de tramway à proximité. Un accueil dans un logement froid avec un chauffage programmé à distance par le propriétaire qu’il faudrait pouvoir déclencher plus tôt que 21 heures en période hivernale !
