Beautiful location and very walkable to all sights within Clisson. We had trouble navigating a street and parking and the front desk staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great property, in the center of a small medieval town with a great terrace overlooking the river and the castle. Hotel rooms are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast and brunch are great and food is of good quality. People are friendly They seemed to be a little understaffed one evening at the restaurant/bar but all was overall great!

This will be our fourth time staying here at this hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Love the location and peacefulness of this hotel with a beautiful view of the river and the castle from our balcony.

Another wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Clisson. Always a treat to admire the views of the medieval castle and river. Beautiful sight of the lit castle at night from the hotel patio. Great and relaxing pool area at the hotel. The food is made with fresh seasonal ingredients, very tasty, and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed a great massage at the spa and time in the spa jaccuzi area after the massage! Cannot wait to go back...

charming little town, beautiful view of the castle and the river from the hotel and from its big terrace. Food is also quite good and innovative. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is always my favorite place to stay when visiting the region!

Hotel and area was nice, but the standard of housekeeping left a bit to be desired. The room hadn't been properly cleaned (evidence of dust on surfaces), and despite the booking being for 3 people we had to chase several times to get enough towels, glasses, mugs coffee etc as the room had only been stocked for 2.

We had two deluxe rooms and in one room the bathroom sliding door did not work - no staff to fix as weekend. We had stayed the previous evening and left our luggage as had to change rooms but the staff did not say there was an event happening in the town that meant to getting to the hotel was almost impossible if we had been warned could have done things differently. No space restaurant and for a family of seven with one of us with a broken foot absolutely useless in helping us find a solution. Check in staff are the first thing you come across in a hotel in this one they are dreadful. Beds are comfy and showers were good. Can't think of anything else positive about the whole experience and sincerely hope we never have to revisit this hotel or this town. We paid 567euros for the two rooms and no offer of a slight reduction for the door to bathroom not working - for a four star hotel the staff need lessons on how to make a customer feel valued and if this is how Best Western operate I won't be staying in another.

The check in was the worst I have ever had, we arrived early and had lunch at the hotel and were told by one person we could check in at 3pm which when we tried to were told no - come back at 4pm. we went to visit family the reason for our visit - returned to be told the room still not ready and wait in the salon which we did they would come and tell us - they didn't. No wish to help or make up for the mess of check in. The bed was comfy our room was meant to be a river view and unless you are hanging out of the window you can't see the river. No point in complaining staff do not care one bit about customers. Restaurant and bar staff were much more helpful.

Retour séjour

Chambre avec une climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons interpellé un homme de chambre + l'accueil à 3 reprises dans l'après midi. Nous étions en transpiration rien qu'à être dans la chambre sans aucune exagération. Ensuite moquette un peu sale, traces blanches incrustées sur le couvre lit violet. Seulement 10 transats pour plus d'une vingtaines de personnes présentes à la piscine. Nous avons dû mettre notre serviette à même le sol. Le standing de l'hôtel n'est pas au rendez vous. Seulement la localisation
