화장실 최악..

가족과 여행갔는데 방의 상태가 정말 최악이었습니다. 위치적으로는 좋았지만 화장실 배수가 전혀되지 않았습니다. 수영장에서 샤워를 하는 듯 물이 바닥에 가득했고 찝찝함에 숙박하고 나왔습니다. 양치는 당연히 싱크대에서 할수 밖에 없었어요. 다시는 안갈 것입니다.

남원에서 제일 괜찮은 숙소

남원에서는 제일 좋은 숙소로 보입니다. 특히 가족단위의 투숙객에게 적합하다고 할 수 있습니다. 시설이 좀 노후된 측면이 있으나 이용하는 데 불편함은 없습니다. 주변에 광한루원, 춘향테마파크, 추어탕거리, 요천이 있어서 남원을 여행하는 데 아주 좋습니다. 특히 벚꽃이 피는 3월 말에서 4월 초에 방문하는 것을 강력 추천합니다. 숙소 바로 앞이 벚꽃이 만발하는 요천변인데, 벚꽃길로는 우리나라에서 손꼽히는 곳입니다.

깨끗하고 쾌적한 숙소

2월 15일 토요일에 1박 하였습니다. 숙소 위치가 좋아 관광지를 구경하기 편했고 직원들이 매우 친절하여 편안히 묵을 수 있었습니다. 켄싱턴 디럭스룸에 숙박했는데 침대도 넓고 편했으며 거실 공간도 지내기 쾌적했습니다. 밤에는 강의 야경이 보여 좋았습니다. 조식도 맛있었고 특히 추어탕과 비빔밥, 여러 종류의 김치가 있어 다양하게 먹을 수 있었습니다. 다음 남원여행때도 이용하고 싶습니다.

방2개인 점은 좋았으나, 숙소 내부가 전체적으로 워낙 낡아서 리모델링이 필요할 듯 싶음. 위치는 아주 좋음. (그리고 주차도 2대 이상은 안됨. 1대만 리조트내 주차가능하고, 나머지는 다른 곳에 해야 함. 아쉬운 부분이나, 전체적으로 주차공간이 부족해서 그런듯해서 이해함.)

리셉션니스트가 호텔 체크인과 동시에 걸려온 온 영업 전화를 동시에 해야해서 체크인 하는데 오래 기다려야 했음. 조식뷔페는 종류는 많았지만 맛도 없고 관리도 안돼, 차가운 상태로 국을 먹어야 했음.

잘 관리된 곳입니다. 넓고 조용하고 편리했습니다. 조식부페가 아주 맛났습니다. 추어탕, 비빕밥 등 지역특별 음식이 있어서 좋았습니다. 오래된 곳인듯 하지만 연식으로 더 편안했습니다.
