「Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them」

「We were a group of ten friends and the place suited us perfectly. From ample parking space for the cars to enough beds for our mixed group. We were there for a 4 days and 3 nights stay. The house is kept clean and we even paid a little extra for food to be cooked for us. Vivian, the caretaker, was very efficient in the service.
