Basic hygiene necessities were not provided, also a have taken photos of the roof collapsing in the shower. Myself and my guest will seek further action regarding this inconvenience

We arrived on plane late. Tried to call all day. No answer. Confirmation said check in is 7 AM up to any time. When we arrived they had given our room away. Since it was after midnight we slept in a room with NO amenities or Wi-Fi. Next morning we were moved to better room with a kettle to make hot water and Wi-Fi. Very basic African hotel and very inexpensive. Area is bad but we are not afraid of that. Not a tourist hotel; strictly Africans. The Expedia write up sounded nothing like this actual hotel. Also it stated free breakfast but hotel said only room.
