Comfortable overnight stay in between flights. Raining upon arrival but stayed dry thanks to underground parking/drop off. Friendly greeting. Great value on adjoining rooms. Excellent breakfast with service starting 6 a.m. Location convenient to Wilson Airport. Suggestion: add hand towels in bathroom.

After spending several days in a rural Kenyan village, I was grateful to find a comfortable bed, clean room and warm shower greeting me at the Razana; plus the staff was friendly and buffet breakfast was wonderful. I will recommend this hotel to others who might be needing overnight stay in Nairobi upon arrival in the country.

Nice and comfy rooms. The beds we’re comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The on-site restaurant had great food.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The on-site restaurant has great offerings and the food was great I had some difficulty communicating with the front desk staff. We also ended up with a $26 charge that we didn’t expect and don’t know what the charge is for. I’ve emailed them and hope to get an explanation.

This hotel was nice and a good place to stay for a night before heading out again. There is nothing nearby for tourists, but again, it served its purpose well.

This hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. I do wish the hot water lasted a bit longer in the shower, but otherwise the room was great. The area is not good for tourists, as there is nothing walkable around. It’s a great place to rest after arriving in Nairobi and before heading out to a new location.

Breakfast could do with some variety. Eating the same thing over and over again becomes boring. Other than breakfast, everything was perfect.

Das Hotel hat wunderschöne und vor allem auch sehr große Zimmer. Die Lage hat mir persönlich auch sehr gut gefallen, die Fahrt in die Innenstadt selber hat nicht lange gedauert genauso wie die Fahrt zum Bahnhof. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut und die Auswahl war sehr groß.

If you need to stay near the airport on a budget then this hotel is perfect. Really large rooms. Very clean. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast not fantastic but ok. Receptionist could be more friendly

Better than 4 star hotels in Europe. I would definitely recommend Razana Hotel. They a great selection of food and make the best Indian coconut chicken I've ever tasted.
