My family really enjoyed our stay at the tropical rainforest retreat. It was easy to drive down to town in our rental car, the pool looked really nice, the room was spacious and opened onto a balcony where we could hear the sounds of the rainforest. It was nice to be able to walk down to the stream through the coconut trees and relax under the gazebo. We didn’t really stay long enough to use the shared kitchen, but our room had a little coffee maker, microwave, and fridge that we used.

Amazing property located within the El Yunque rain forest. Listening to the sounds of the rain forest while you sleep was one of my favorite things. So relaxing. Also, the host gave us great recommendations for dining and exploring.

Lovely retreat in the mountains for some peace and quiet, with very comfortable, clean and spacious accommodations. Getting to and from the property on the narrow roads can be a bit challenging if one is not used to driving on such roads. Overall great choice!

We had a great stay. Property was very clean and the pool is amazing. Tonya, the owner, was responsive to all of our questions. Air conditioning worked great, which is needed in the humid rainforest. My kids enjoyed the meal we cooked in the community kitchen. Great spot!

Hidden gem of tranquility and beauty in PR’s rainforest

The two nights we had at the tropical rainforest retreat were the highlight of our week in PR. The gorgeous lodge is located on a hill in a lush rainforest with views of the ocean in the distance. It’s an amazing place to relax, explore nearby waterfalls and watering holes, and a nearby local town on the water. Tonya was the perfect host and helpful with advice and support. .

Quiet, relaxing retreat in the heart of the rainforest. The host sent over clear check-in instructions prior to our arrival and also sent over dinner options since we were arriving later in the day. The retreat was far enough from town that you could relax and immerse yourself in nature but also close enough that you could enjoy a day at the beach and the local culture within 10-20 minutes. 10/10 recommend and will be staying here on our next trip.

Gorgeous lodge in the jungle

This property is so quaint and clean. Despite its relatively remote location we went to dinner, beaches and hiked to a waterfall all within 15 minutes. The estate is so peaceful and the room was simple and clean, and we enjoyed our time here very much.

We loved the experience of this place-- listening to the coqui frogs at night, watching the rain on the trees from the balcony, exploring fruit trees on the property, cooking and dinner in the outdoor kitchen, and swimming in the pool. Beautiful Property in Picturesque Location

We absolutely loved this property. The instructions and communication from the host were spot on. The room was clean and comfortable. Magical nature escape!!

I can’t say enough about the beauty of the location and the thoughtful accommodations! The sounds of the forest, the views, the huge room and comfortable beds! Hosts and staff took the time to talk to us and were exceptionally courteous. The nights of sleeping there with the windows open, listening to the sounds of the forest and an occasionally rain is something that can’t be put to words, very hard to leave.., thank you!

I can’t even put into words how amazing this place is. Tonya was great to work with - sent very detailed information and was quick to respond. The grounds are absolutely beautiful to walk around, room was clean and spacious, the outdoor kitchen was perfect - well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We went to the store about 10 minutes away and just grilled the whole time. The pool was huge, the view incredible, I didn’t want to leave! We are already planning our next trip back. Thank you so much Tonya, this was the highlight of our trip!

Where do I even begin? It was the best stay we have experienced in PR. Tonya is as absolutely helpful from day one. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable. We had perfect amount of relaxation and fun! We had beautiful meals in the outside kitchen and our daughter spent plenty of time in their HUGE pool! I could go on and on! Breathtaking views of the rain forest!

Just book it! It is absolutely incredible! I can’t begin to explain how amazing this vrbo is! We came with our 3 teenagers. The property has a path to explore the natural beauty of fruit trees, a stream and then sit in the gazebo to enjoy morning coffee. Pool is huge! The family kitchen we cooked in, played games on the large kitchen table, enjoyed the fresh picked bananas and just took in the tranquility all around us. In the morning open your balcony french doors to take in the fresh air and sit on the patio to look out into the rainforest. Close to beaches, rain forest, boardwalks. Host is quick to respond to any questions and very welcoming. Loved the coffee and snacks that awaited us when we arrived. Rooms clean and spacious. Thank you Tonya for the incredible stay!

Wonderful location that is close to restaurants and grocery stores, but also very private. The grounds are serene and beautiful in the rainforest. The pool was a highlight for us.
