Thank you for the stay

Stayed in the twin comfort room and it was a pretty big room for it being in Japan. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I liked that they offered free water bottles one per day. They also had a laundry room which was conveniently helpful for us. Front desk staff was always helpful and kind, they even spoke english making communication easier.

The cost and cleanliness of the property. You have all amenities needed for your stay. Coin laundry available on the first floor! WiFi is included but pw is weak so be aware. It is very walkable to the train station.

Please please please make sure you ensure your room isn’t a smoking room if you aren’t a smoker because the smoking rooms smell like the cigarette smoke is in the walls. Even with the window open the smell doesn’t go away. Aside from that they staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The bus and Shinkansen stations were close to the hotel making travel very convenient and easy. They even offered different pillow varieties which made this stay feel more luxurious. Thank you for an amazing stay. Oh I almost forgot the beds were now made with tall people in mind so your feet may hang off if you’re over the height of 5ft 9inch.

I pretty like the location although others found it’s far from station, it makes environment quite for resting. Actually it’s only take about 5 minutes ie to get down the under-ground shopping centre then directs to the stations. Staff from the hotel is very helpful and polite. My room is nice and clean and quiet which I like, I had a good night resting for the trip. It will be great if they could have more variety for breakfast, but quality now is good tho. Suggest to build one more loft if any chance, waiting time could be reduced.

Definitely ok value for money. Close to Nagoya station and other subway stops. Friendly and very helpful staff. Size of the single room is ok. The WiFi was quite disappointing and not good for much other than checking emails. The only “big” issue I had, was the curtains. With sunrise at 5am, they should cover the window better. Room gets very bright too early in the morning. But overall, I would recommend this hotel

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would stay there again. The room was tiny but very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. However, the tiny fridge wasn't great - it had little room and didn't keep drinks cold. It is not a big deal for a short stay but not great when staying a week or more. The property has only one lift. At times it becomes a real problem if you are in a hurry to get up or down. Although I managed to use the small built-in desk for work, the space was limited for having the laptop and a few documents on the table at the same time. I had asked for a quiet room on a high floor facing the street. They. to some extent, got it but allocated a room on the opposite side of where I had requested. It was OK but they failed to understand or did not take the request seriously.
