Stayed for one night to go see the studio ghibli park. Was a perfect hotel for a 1day stay. Looked elegant on the inside. Rooms a little outdated but clean. Service was good. The breakfast was kinda mid but it helped save some money in food.
Great hotel and lovely helpful staff. Highly enjoyed our weeks stay in Nagoya. Short walk to the subway for sightseeing and Nagoya in general is a great city to walk around. Big room and bed as well. Highly recommend
We enjoyed our stay here. Was pleasantly surprised that they offer a complimentary box breakfast and coffee. Got a complimentary upgrade upon check in too. Bed, linen and pillows were very comfortable and decent room size. GO ride to Nagoya train station was close.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Partially renovated hotel in the middle of Nagoya city. Automated check in. Room was ok. Clean and spacious. Toilet facilities were worn down slightly.
Great value for money. As they just reopened with a new name a few improvements could be made to make it easier for guests. (Example: providing change for the washing machines, a few kids friendly breakfast options) But overall great location, friendly staff and good value for money.
They were very efficient and clean. I lost my luggage in the train station. The English speaking staff member exceeded his job by helping me translate and recover it.The free breakfast was nice. I stayed 10 days. It was my first trip to Japan. I was impressed by the hospitality and good manners.
A very nice new room in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful fluffy & absorbent white towels. The lobby is on the 2nd floor and is bright and cheery. 1 box sandwich with 1 coffee allowed for breakfast. Bring instant coffee for your room and request a teapot from reception. Paper cups in the lobby.
Hotel at a great location; room is clean and good size. However, the breakfast is no good at all. You get a small boxed breakfast (either a sandwich, noodle, or hot dog). You will get a cup of coffee or tea, but no refills. Maybe they shouldn't offer breakfast at all. This limited breakfast really makes overall hotel experience not good for guests.
Fantastic value. Very close to subway exit. Large queen bed in a room larger than usual for Japan. Had small table with 2 chairs in addition to standard working table. Laundry on site. Only drawbacks is no tea kettle in room or microwave. Free breakfast of half a tonkatsu sandwich and coffee will not fill you. New and very clean hotel. Would stay here again.
I had low expectations for this place after reading some comments. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in 2 rooms so it was nice to have a space at the lobby to just chill and unwind with our group at the end of the day, something that seems uncommon in some hotels we stayed in Japan. There is one male staff that too cold for my liking. Other than that, the rest of staff were nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Loved their selection of amenities. Good restos available nearby.
