The hotel was in a good location and easy to find. It is a short walk from the Subway and Nagoya Castel. Howevere, the room I was checked into was questionably clean. There was hair in the bath/shower, a coffee spill in the fridge, and crumbs and stickness on the counter. The mattress also needs replacing as it is badly worn on one side offering no cution and had a funny odor.

私はタバコを吸いませんが、空室がないため喫煙室に宿泊。浴室の換気扇を動かした状態で就寝したら、深夜にタバコの匂いで起きてしまいました。どこからともなくタバコ臭が室内に入ってくるようです。 廊下に設置されている金属の容器が部屋の近くにあったのですが、この周囲も匂いがきつかったです。 もしかすると各部屋の吸い殻をこの容器に捨てていて、開け閉めすると匂いが漏れたりするのかもしれません。 トイレの便座が小さい。特に男性は厳しいと思いました。 浴室は屋内と屋外の2種類、サウナと水風呂もあり大変有り難いです。

客室のエアコンが修理中で使用できませんでした 張り紙には窓を開けてくださいと記載がありましたが、6月末では、窓を開けても湿度と熱気がすごく、ビルが隣接していたため風通しも悪く、エアコンの代替ができるとは思えませんでした。網戸もなかったため、その他不安に感じることも多かったです。 夜は寝苦しく、何度か目が覚めました。 せめて、事前に部屋の状況等連絡が欲しかったです。もしくは該当の部屋に扇風機を設置するなどの配慮があればよかったかと思います。 常に修理中というわけではないと思いますし、それ以外のスタッフの方の対応等は満足していますので、通常であれば快適に過ごせると思います。 直接フロントに伝えればよかったものの、耐えられる暑さだと思い連絡せず、口コミに描くことになりすみません。6月だったのでよかったですが、就寝中に熱中症になるといった可能性もあります。今後もし同じような事があれば、意見をご反映いただけますと嬉しいです。

地下鉄の駅を出てすぐの立地なので便利。名古屋城にも繁華街にも歩いて行けた。食事は名古屋食もあり、種類も多く美味しかった。ただ、混雑時はロビーで待機する事になり、スタッフの呼び出し待ちだった。店内のテーブルを二人掛けメインからカウンターを作って配置すれば、一人客が多い昨今には使い勝手がいいと思うし、混雑解消になるのではないか。 大浴場は露天風呂もあってよかったが、露天風呂へ出る扉の異音を解消して欲しい。外気浴の際に洗い場の腰掛けが２つ置いてあるが、できれば背もたれのあるしっかり整えられるイスに替えて欲しい。あと、持ち込んだ洗面具やサウナハットを置ける棚などがあると助かる。
