8/9-8/11まで2泊　小学生高学年の子供2人と4人で利用しました。 ◾️良かった点 スタッフが皆陽気で気持ちが良い。特にフロントのベテランぽい女性の方の対応が非常に親切だった。英語が不自由な日本人とすぐに分かった様で、ゆっくりと最低限必要な案内をしてくれた。 ポートデラナウに徒歩数分でお土産、食事、スーパー、両替、パン屋、何でも揃い不自由しなかった。離島へのオプショナルツアーにはすごく便利！ 一階にカフェがあり、朝食、ランチはここでも何とかなる。ちよっと高いですけど笑 スタッフも親切で良かった。フレッシュジュースは特に美味しい。パンケーキは卵焼きの味がした笑　が、まぁ、OK。 プールは小さめだが楽しめた。 部屋にデッキチェアー用のタオルもあり十分。 スリーベッドルームは、3階に位置していてバルコニーにテーブルと椅子があり、とても涼しかった。景色は特に。。。 殆ど利用しなかったが、電子レンジ、ポット、炊飯器、フライパン、鍋、皿、グラスが、豊富で何でも出来る。 洗濯機、乾燥機が別で助かった。洗剤等はない。 Wi-Fiは高速ではないが十分な速度。 チェックアウト時にタクシーを呼んでもらえた。親切なドライバーだった。70フィジードル、約25分。 ◾️残念な点 スリッパ、バスローブ、歯ブラシなどのアメニティはない。シャンプー、リンス、ボデイソープ、石鹸のみあり。 シャワーブース、バスタブの排水機構が悪くお湯が溢れて大変笑　バスタオルで止めないと滑る。 換気設備から外の音がかなり聞こえるので、音に神経質な方には辛いと思う。我々は疲れていたので気にならず。 テレビの付け方が分からなかった。 ※総じてコスパは良かった！

立地が最高
ポートの目の前なので、立地は最高です。 ホテル内のカフェは、食事メニューの品ぞろえが少なく内容もいまひとつの割にいいお値段ですが、コーヒーとケーキ、スムージーはおすすめ。 立地的に完全に静かな環境と言うわけにいかないのはわかるのですが、客室が1階で、スタッフの方が頻繁に部屋の目の前の通路を話しながら通るため、外のひとの会話が筒抜けで聞こえるのが残念んでした。 プールも小さめでデッキチェアも少ないですが、滞在自体は快適でしたよ。

ポート・デナラウ至近の快適なホテル
フィジーに到着後、翌日にヤサワ諸島に高速船で向かう前に1泊しました。ポート・デナラウへ徒歩圏内であり、大変便利な場所にあります。また、部屋も広く快適で、従業員の方々も大変親切で、広くお勧めできるホテルだと思います。

ポート・デナラウの目の前の立地
ホテルの設備は必要最小限であり、他のデナラウのホテルのように、ホテルの中で全て済ませられるようなところでは無い。 しかし、ポート・デナラウの目の前に立地しているため、買い物も食事も非常に便利。 比較的新しいホテルなのか、部屋は清潔で綺麗である。 プールはとても小さいが、我が家のように小さい子供がいる家族にとっては、かえって目が行き届いて良かった。

Great location, so clean neat and tidy property. Friendly staff. The pool is the only thing I wish they can upgrade and make it bigger. Only 10 people can fit in the pool which is not fun if you want to have a good swim.

A mixed bag. The apartment was spacious and clean and the staff were loveky but a few odd things. The main one was that there is just a frosted glass screen between the bathroom and bedroom so, if you use the toilet at night, the whole bedroom is illuminated too. Also there is a gap at top of the screen so not really very private. We were in apartment right above the pool and did not notice any soundproofing as you could hear everything outside when the pool opened at 8. For some reason they decided to put the waterfall on at 06.45 so earplugs might be needed. Not bad but not the greatest place we have stayed on our trip.

Fabulous apartments so close to the Port with many dining options and great location for day trips to the islands. Cafe O had some of the best food and coffee. We've stayed at most of the resorts but would definitely stay at The Palms again

The Palms was a perfect place for us to stay for two nights before taking the Malolo Catamaran to an island for the week. All basic necessities there. The cafe is fabulous and the staff there terrific. The front desk people seemed to be good but did not seem to address an issue that we know of when we said there seemed to be a leak in the room. Please not this was a minor leak that occurred after a big tropical storm…but I do not know if they ever checked it. The Palms was perfect for what we needed.

The room was overall nice and in good condition, but given the facility was described as apartments we did expect more kitchen like amenities in the room (not just a kettle).The construction work on the hotel was also exceptionally loud, inconvenient and unexpected. Very expensive for an experience that wasn't relaxing.

Stayed in 3 bedroom apartment. Spacious with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and clothes washer and dryer. Staff are helpful and friendly. Enjoyed coffee and cake at cafe o downstairs. Loved that Port Denerau was across the road. Enjoyed the restaurants (cardo's) and the retail putlets. Would definitely stay again.

Our unit is the best view ever! We have enjoyed the pool & the shower after check out because our flights is quite late in the evening. Staff very accommodating & friendly & very helpful. Noise. Neighbor woke us up at 3:00 am partying in the balcony & can hear loud vehicles passing by. Other than that we'd enjoy staying for 2 nights.

It’s a funny one this, there’s nothing wrong with it but it just feels a bit weird in the rooms. The rooms are enormous with ceilings three times the height of a normal room. I think this was probably built as a really plush place to stay but it’s never been updated and feels tired. Great staff and a nice little pool.
