"The service was very friendly, and the location is perfect if you're going to be using the subway, as it's only a two-minute walk. The hotel needs remodeling, the cold breakfast is meager, and the snacks served during happy hour are completely unhealthy—chips, cereal, and cookies."

"First room we were given was hot and smelled of something burning, like the fan in the AC. Hotel staff quickly accommodated us in another cool clean room. Hopefully they checked the equipment in the first room immediately. The rest of the stay was pleasant. Only complaint was the noisy AC turning on and off."

"Spacious room. However, it had a terribly dirty feel and smell to it. Bathroom smelled like excrement, rusty shower. The sink had hairs, it had clearly hadn’t been cleaned up prior to our check-in. Thermostat was not working, instead there was a very old system that took forever to “cool down “ a bit. Also, the elevator in the property was not working and I had to pay an extra $20 for parking."

"I booked a Newly Renovated King bed with walk in shower did not get that. I got queen bed and tub shower with the tub…absolutely not renovated in any way. The sink plug fell off and green rust in the spouts of both sink and shower. I took pictures. I was extremely disappointed. It looked more like a cheap motel room. I have been to this hotel before and did not have that experience of what so ever. I was also charged for the parking fee that was already included in my fee initially. I was so disappointed and I did speak to the front desk gentleman who let me know they don’t have any king rooms or walk in showers. I didn’t want to make a big deal but, noise all night and someone in the hallways with all their stuff. I wasn’t impressed all. I took many pictures of the rust and all the amenities falling apart. I didn’t even want to shower in the room. I try to get away once in a while with hubby. Out stay away from the kiddos. "

"The garage parking is way too small and dead ends with little room to turn around. Hotel was very clean and close to Metro stop. No room service. Brekfast at hotel okay but nothing soecial. "

"Home was comfortable, beds were comfortable. Great location to public transportation. Appreciated the breakfast items. Aldi's is nearby, as well as a cute corner market. We enjoyed our visit."
