"This hotel was a beautiful old building with unique architecture and comfortable, high-ceiling rooms. It was in a great location, allowing for easy walking to the arena, waterfront, and free tram. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a large population of homeless in the area that can make one feel unsafe, especially at night. It is not the fault of the hotel just an unfortunate reality of the times."

"Perfect location in Buffalo, only about a 20 minute drive or less to get to Bills stadium or uptown, lots of amazing food less than 10 minutes away, perfect size for 3-6 people!"

"The parking was a bit confusing as i turned into a gated lot and did not have room key with me. I hadnt checked in yet. The gate wouldn't raise and i couldnt back out onto a busy street. Then magically for no explained reason it opened. This was on the lobby level,entrance on side. The bar has a limited menu for breakfast. Better bet is to visit Tim Horton's across the street "

"Property definitely in the heart of Buffalo. Able to walk all over although in some areas we felt uncomfortable due to the homeless situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff accomodating and very nice. Not a lot of shopping close by and we found some of the restaurants closed. Our stay was fine altogether."

"This was a lovely spot convenient to everything we needed on the South side of Buffalo. Tim Hortons down the road. Wings across the street. Less than an hour from the falls. Would book again!"
