Beautiful Condo overlooking a Clear Southern Coastal View of the Beach and the Millionaire Row residential homes which is a very quiet and less crowded section of the beach! Located on the 11th Floor with easy access to from Rooftop Pool, enjoy viewing the Priceless Sunset from the balcony. View of decorative lighting at night all the way south to Murrells Inlet on a clear night!
The Unit features 2 Leather Recliners, a single and a double, 55" 4K SMART TV with free HBO, 2 Queen Beds & 1 Murphy Bed for your comfort. The bedroom has another Smart TV, Full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The updated living room has whitewashed Shiplap wall covering, and the bathroom includes River Rock Tiling providing additional accent rarely found elsewhere. Dehumidifier for your comfort!
Completely refreshed for '25, enjoy the newly remodeled roof top pool with adjacent Hot Tub or chose the Beach level pools indoors or out with another Hot Tub. Complimentary Towels are provided at each Pool location. The Lazy River circulates around yet a 3rd Hot Tub that offers the flexibility of watching the kids play in the Lazy River. This facility includes a fitness center and lounge as well as laundry room for your convenience.
"SNACK SHACK" is located pool side serving various sandwiches, burgers and snacks including drinks and adult beverages, etc. for your convenience. Breakfast NOT included.
Games include ping pong, cornhole toss, and Kids play area.
We offer KEY LESS Access to the Unit skipping long lines checking in and checking out.
ONE Parking Pass per condo is included. Wrist Bands are provided for the amenities. All linens, towels, paper products and soaps are provided.

Amazing Place to Stay!!

This place was AMAZING. Brian is one the best hosts we have ever dealt with. He responded to every message quickly and made the stay 100% better! The room was perfect for us and was just as described. Took 5 min to walk down to the beach and the pools were never crowded. The only cons would be the parking garage is SMALL so if you have a long SUV be prepared, and the elevators are extremely slow. None of these are the hosts fault, but rather the resort. However, I would stay here again as the good outweighed those issues!

Nice Getaway

A wonderful weekend get away. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything was as pictured. Clean, on beach, and close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

Myrtle Beach Monterey Bay

Overall the place was decent. The view was nice and the access to the beach was great. Amenities were nice when they were working. 3 of the hot tubs were shut down one day and the rooftop pool was too at the same time. The light in the kitchen didn’t turn on well, you had to flick the switch up and down a few times before it lit up. Parking garage was very tight to get in and out of and the parking spots were really small.

Good Stay for the Price

It was really nice to be so close to the beach. And especially at the price of this unit. There was a bit of a mishap as the cleaner was still at the unit when we showed up to check in. Overall, everything was fine considering it was significantly less expensive than other beach front options for the same weekend!

Way off the beaten path

First time to Myrtle I would recommend staying closer to attractions and restaurants. There is nothing, I repeat nothing close to this place. None of the vending machines were refilled in our week stay and as a VRBO patron you can’t use the on-site breakfast area. We walked a mile or had to use Uber to even get a bottle of water. If you rent a car or like being way off the beaten path it may be good. The pools and hotel area do not have any oversight and teens/adults blatantly violate the rules and no one cares. The ceiling literally fell off and landed on the bed during the stay. Good pools, small fast lazy river. Warm pools which the kids enjoyed.

Relaxing vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the free Netflix was a plus when just relaxing at night. Brian was a fantastic host and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality, Brian!

Dirty

Went to check in and the room was not cleaned. There was crumbs in multiple places including the bed and bedside stand. There was also a used hair tie in the bedside drawer along with sticky stuff all over the top of it. The air conditioning unit in the living room had dust chunks hanging out of it. And the air-conditioning unit in the bedroom you could see black stuff all inside of it. Which was also duck taped. Also multiple spots with different trash on the floor. No toilet paper. When I messaged Brian he told me to go to the front desk and ask them. Then ended up telling me to look in the cupboard above the fridge. We did find one roll up there. Place is a lot smaller than the pictures show. we only ended up staying about 15 minutes before we booked a new place to stay. Messaged him the next day as we had already drove 18 hours straight to get there and we’re exhausted. Requested that he refund my cleaning fee and two of the days. That even thought we didn’t stay at all we would pay for one night. At first he asked for pictures we sent them. But now he’s not sending my money back. He also stated that this was not his normal cleaning person and that this was a sub. But I don’t feel like that’s my issue. I am super sad about this whole situation as I was really looking forward to staying there and being on the beach.

The best getaway in Myrtle Beach!

We had the best time staying at Monterey Bay Suites! The condo was very clean, well decorated, and located right by the sky view level pool/ hot tub area - it was the BEST!! The view of the sunset while enjoying the pool/hot tub was truly awesome. In addition, the host kindly provides free Netflix service (I think it’s very thoughtful when hosts do this) for guests on top of the normal channels which made it feel like a home away from home! We were seeking a quick get away where we could work remotely and still be on vacation, and with out a doubt this place delivered! The Wi-Fi was perfect and never gave us any issues while taking multiple zoom calls throughout our work day. Plus you get to work right next an incredible balcony view! We can’t wait to be back! Would recommend to everyone looking to get away in Myrtle beach 10/10!!

Weekend Getaway

We truly enjoyed this property. It is a 1 BR condo with Murphy bed in living area. All supplies needed were available. Elevators work well. 3 pools, lazy river are nice, but the beach is exceptional. Lots of sand, sun, shells and waves! Thank you, Brian!

After 2 years without a vacation...very disappointed

Received a call that property hadn’t been cleaned due to an emergency so we made do until room was avail. Room passkey code was not provided so property had no information on who we were and no record of reservation. This was our first VRBO vacation and we didn’t know what to expect so I was rudely embarrassed by hotel staff member “Deborah” when I attempted to get breakfast for my children the first morning. After standing in line for hot breakfast items I was asked for my room number and then informed rudely and loudly I front of the entire dining room that I “wasn’t allowed to have breakfast” and to get out of line. I had already selected up a glass of milk for my daughter and was told that since I had already touched it, I could keep it but we could not have anything else. I was mortified. This set the tone for the entire trip as I and my children were totally embarrassed and rn into several of the hotel guests later that day who treated us as though we were not supposed to be there. The front desk staff referred to my wife by her last name, (“Hey, Gordon...is your room clean?!l”), without any respect at all. To say that this trip was not l only demoralizing to me but also an unforgettable nightmare for my family would be an understatement. I would not recommend VRBO or Monterey Bay Hotel to anyone based on our experience. And we were so looking forward to finally taking a trip after having been cooped up for so long due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I’m angry, frustrated and completely disgusted by he entire experience but I feel even worse for my wife and children who don’t even want to talk about the trip and only have negative comments to share when they do say anything....and my youngest child is only 7-years old! All we wanted was an opportunity to hopefully create some wonderful memories to cherish after almost two years of confinement. We would have been much better off just staying at home.

Location is ideal. Would stay somewhere else

For a family of 5, 3 bath towels are not enough for a 3 night stay. The Murphy bed was broke. Behind the bed made me feel dirty. Caked on Grease on the oven. Description needs to include that you do not get the amenities of the hotel. It would help others be more prepared. Location was nice and convenient. The beach itself was great!
