Summary:
Sit back, Relax and Enjoy your morning or evening and all in between overlooking the wonderful Atlantic Ocean from the 9th Floor. Make memories that will last forever. This spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath ocean view condo has a full kitchen, dining room and living room. Sleeps 5 people total. The resort offers a large beach front deck, indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river and hot tubs. As well as, Myrtle Beach’s best known beach bar with Live Music Daily at Ocean Annie’s., restaurant and lounge on site. Coin laundry located downstairs. Close to shopping, golf courses, entertainment and so much more that the Grand Strand has to offer. You will not have access to the resort staff, because of this, you will need to pick up access keys to this unit at our main office which is about 10 minutes away from the resort.
Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

The Space:
Full kitchen, (Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove). One Queen bed, One Full, One Twin bed. Sleeps 5 people total.

Guest Access:
You will pick up check in packet containing the hotel/condo key card at our office, Eagle Beach Rentals 1007 Sea Mountain Hwy North Myrtle Beach SC 29582. Once at the Resort, you will need to go to the front registration desk and pay $25.00 per car for a parking pass. Afterwards, the key card will give you access to the garage but the parking pass will keep you from getting towed.

The Neighborhood:
$25.00 per car to park at Resort. There is also a $5 per day charge for trash paid through the reception of the resort.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Good condo and location

Condo is nice and looks like the pictures. My kids loved the bunk bed room with tv! Big hit! We loved having two full bathrooms. There’s lots to do at the Sands Club and the location on Lake Arrow Head Drive is close to a lot of attractions. Owners are very responsive. Would like to be able to pick up the keys a little closer to the condo but the realty company is also super helpful and worked with us. Overall a good, clean and fun place to stay.

GREAT Location

Location - 5 stars! Ocean Annies was fantastic. River City Cafe was a hit with our group (ate there 4 times). The pier was great fishing, great people and only .05 miles from the hotel. Broadway was only 19 minutes. Cant rave enough about the location. Parking - a pain in the butt. The parking garage was a tight squeeze and only had one elevator to get up and down with. Took forever to get to and from a vehicle. Condo - was PERFECT. Large balcony. Had everyting we needed and very clean! Had to supply our own toilet paper and napkins. Small inconvenience but worth it to us. Hotel itself - if your looking for peace, quiet and luxery, this hotel might not be a great fit for you. Its an older hotel and had some odd smells in elevators and hotel hallways (NOT in the room though). We had to call security at 0230 AM over some people partying 2 doors door. And could smell people smoking weed on other balconies. The hotel kind of has a "party" vibe too it with ocean annies rocking until midnight every night. Overall though, everyone was pleasant and it was a great week for our group. Check in Process - was a little annoying at first since we had to go to Eagle Realty to pick up our key before we could go to the hotel (the hotel did not have keys to our room).....but Mrs Renee at Eagle Realty was the ABSOLUTE BEST and made up for that experience. She even loaned us a beach umbrella because we didnt have one. Wonderful lady! All in all, we would absolutely return!
