Property owner is Palmetto Rentals, and my experience purely from the management standpoint was poor. Any contact I had with the office wasn't great. The check in process took an hour and a half just so they could hand me a key and a piece of paper, and the drive to the condo is another 30 mins. Then the wifi didn't work the entire week. I left 3 voicemails initially over the course of 2 days, and eventually spoke with someone in the office after I called again. Then they got me to a maintenance worker who told me to unplug and plug back in the modem. I told him that I did that on day one, at which point he told me to make sure I did it for a full minute and if it didn't work to call back. It didn't work, but I didn't waste my time calling back. I told the person about it in the office when checking out and they said, well the maintenance guy is new but said they could have him give me a call. I didn't care to get in to the matter or the issues with this proposed solution any further so I just told them no thanks and left.
