Clean place to stay with no frills. The balcony is the real appeal of this place, with a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was super convenient. The owner was very communicative. Alex kept us updated along the way and was very kind. We would definitely stay again! The hotel itself was a little run down so I would definitely recommend staying with this owner over booking through the hotel.

Super cozy, right on the ocean!! Stocked with plenty of blankets and beach supplies! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The door automatically locked which was cool and made us feel safe. The only little issue was we happened to run out of toilet paper and weren’t able to find any extra, so it wasn’t quite stocked with everything we needed. But other than that it was perfect!

The place was great with easy access to ocean and the pool is nice even though it wasnt open at the time we went due to them waiting on a part for the pump. The location is great with it being just a little ways from all the shoping. Me and my friends had a great time and would come hear agian next time we come to myrtle Beach.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was excellent and throughly clean. The room was stacked with plenty of accessories (games, toiletries, coffee, condiments, ect.). The host was very accommodating, responded quickly, and the check-in/check-out process was simple. My only issue was the property management. The pool and jacuzzi water was muggy and they could do a better job on emptying the trash cans more regularly. I very much enjoyed my stay, the room, and the professionalism of the host though.

As soon a we walked into the room, it smelled as if fish has been left to rot. We actually searched under the bed and appliances to see if we could locate the smell. I shared this with the owner and was told to open the front door and balcony door for 5 minutes and it would clear up. Did not help. Bed was just a bed. No comfort. It looks like a bachelor pad gone wrong. It is a room that is part of an old 1990’s hotel. The only thing going for it is location. On the beach, which is where you might find yourself staying. We had planned for staying 2 nights, but after waking up the first morning, we decided it was time to tap out. Never again.

This is a basic efficency room. Ocean front with great views. The room is well stocked with basic supplies if your fllying in lots of shampoo plenty of towles and bathroom suppleis. The room is super clear and well stocked to cook if you wish to. It worked well for 2 people and is a fair price for the location. I would not hesitate to book it again.
