Our room was lovely and had an expansive terrace overlooking the sea that had comfy sofas and lounge chairs. Our host, Antonis, was truly gracious, helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. Everything was clean, there was a very comfortable bed and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. We loved it!

Foi maravilhoso! Ficamos em um quarto quádruplo com pequena cozinha e uma varanda grande, com jacuzzi e com vista direta para a praia Kalo Livadi, que certamente é uma das melhores para banho de mar. A vista da varanda é espetacular! O Antonis é um excelente anfitrião, nos recebendo e nos ajudando em todas as questões, desde dicas sobre Mykonos, aluguel de carro, transfer, etc. Indico o Sea Side e agradeço muito toda atenção dada à minha família!

Nice stay in Kalo Livadi

Antonis was a great host, always available and happy to help us with our requests. The room was clean but the bathroom was a bit dated. We had a small kitchenette which was enough for preparing our breakfast. Although the beach in Kalo Livadi is nice, you would need a car if you want to eat(normal prices) or visit other parts of the island. You have no reliable bus connections from here so don't hesitate to rent a car.

Sea Side Studios accommodated our family of 6 perfectly! Very clean, spacious, within steps of beach access. Beautiful views. The only issue we had was the 2 downstairs showers both overflowed within a minute of showering but there was an extra drain in the floor. Still, no one likes a wet floor so everyone ended up using our shower upstairs. But no other issues, would definitely stay there again! Our host was very kind.

Perfect vacation on the perfect place!

All went well. Antonius Bonis was a true host, very kind and atencious. The room was well cleaned every day and the place was perfect. If I could go on vacation again to Mykonos, this would be the place I would stay again. The view is awesome, and have a breakfast with that view and quiet is something spectacular.

Very close to the beach (definitely the best choice if you are looking for the place to relax and live without the chaos). The host is super friendly and helpful, he provides us many useful tips upon our arrival and offered us the drive for shopping daily. The rooms are clean and tasteful! Highly recommended!

Simplistic Charm

If you like simplistic charm with no frills and fancies. A homely location with great views, this is the place for you. You can just relax with the sea just s stones throw away. The room we stayed in was enough for four people. The facilities are adequate with ac and full working kitchen. We couldn’t get the tv or safe to work but that wasn’t an issue. Me and my husband read mostly and my son was on his IPad. The WiFi was ok. We went for walks or was swimming. We bought small fishing reels and went down to a small pier close by, my son was thrilled to catch a fish. Having a car was handy to explore other beaches and town .Eating out can be an expensive affair especially if you order a wine or cocktails. So we made simple lunches in the room which worked out ok. The best beach in the island but the sun beds are a bit expensive. You can put a towel down or relax in the lounges outside the room patios. There are great little sitting areas for relaxing. Antonio was a great host helpful and courteous but not intrusive. Thank you Antonio for a lovely stay In Mykonos. Antonio was helpful in arranging a hire car, taxis giving tips on where to eat, where to shop etc...making the trip hassle free. Thanks Antonio!

Brilliant place, great location, well looked after

Brilliantly decorated and set out, lovely location. Totally fabulous out of season (the beach had about three people on it most of the time). Antonis went over and beyond what was expected and was a fantastic host. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Just brilliant.

Landestypische Unterkunft mit schöner Aussicht

Der Besitzer hat uns bei der Ankunft die ersten Informationen von Mykonos auf einer Landkarte gezeigt. Die Unterkunft ist im landestypischen Style eingerichtet mit Safe, Klimaanlage und Ventilator, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und allen Küchenutensilien die benötigt werden. Man sollte bedenken, dass es nur eine 2 * Klassifizierung hat, aber dafür ist es gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Der Ausblick auf dem Strand ist super schön und die Liegen auf der Terrasse sind sehr bequem. Für Ruhesuchende in der Nebensaison sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings benötigt man ein Auto, da es keinen Supermarkt vor Ort gibt und die Restaurants am Ort bereits geschlossen hatten. Der Besitzer kann ein Fahrzeug vermitteln. Der nächste Ort ist Ano Mera hier bekommt man alles was man benötigt Supermarkt, Friseur, Apotheke, sonntags kleiner Bauernmarkt, schöne Restaurants wir können das Oti Apomeinen sehr empfehlen. Rundum tolle Unterkunft mit hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Punktabzug haben wir gegeben, da das Bad/Küche sehr klein war.

Amazing!

The owner, Bonis, is a friendly and responsible person. He helped us with everything, taxi, wash clothes, rent a motorcycle, places to eat, everything and in any moment that we needed! We really enjoyed our stay there, was amazing! The view is in front of the see is gorgeous! We really recommend this hotel!
