Three of the bedrooms are located on the first level, including one with an additional single sofa bed, while the fourth bedroom is situated on the pool level. This lower level also features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest WC. Throughout the villa, guests will find Smart TVs, air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and tasteful furnishings that balance comfort with sophistication.
The outdoor area is designed for leisure and indulgence, offering a private swimming pool with optional heating (available upon request for €150 per day, with a three-day minimum and two days’ notice), sun loungers, a shaded lounge and dining area, and a barbecue. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, sound system, satellite TVs, iron and ironing board, a baby cot and highchair on request, a safe box, alarm system, security cameras, and on-site parking.

Please note that this property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties, and quiet hours are to be respected between 23:00 and 07:00. A damage deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival and will be collected in cash. This deposit will be refunded in full in cash at check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
