Large hotel chain. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast area somewhat depressing. Lovely pool, regrettably not open in March.

Rooms were simple and nice, apart from the bathroom that had many black hairs sprinkled around it throughout my stay (before and after cleaning). I put a do not disturb/clean sign on the door after my moisturiser went missing. Evening 'entertainment' included live bands in the evening until 11:30pm, and the walls are paper thin so you get a private concert! Food in the cafe was very average and expensive with not great vegetarian options, but the hotel breakfast was good. Staff overall were really friendly and nice.

L’hôtel Bonalba n’est pas à la hauteur de ses étoiles. Le restaurant et petit déjeuner n’est pas bon, et vous gâcherait votre séjour. La chambre est vieille et le ménage est à revoir.

Está claro que en todos los hoteles cada vez cobran más a sus clientes y ofrecen menos. Este es otro ejemplo. Es el hotel donde más tarde nos han dado la habitación, (las 17:00h). El somier tenía una mancha muy visible de algo que parecía sangre, (ver foto). Las cervezas a precio de club exclusivo (4,50€) por lo que veis en la foto. No era ni de 33cl. Menos mal que no me pedí nada más llegar el cubata, porque me habría dado un mareo. El parking 15€ diarios. Para llegar al hotel muchos badenes. El bufet muy normalito y con mucho descontrol. En la caja fuerte te entra un paquete de tabaco, no mucho más. La habitación si tengo que decir que es amplia y el baño también. Algunos trabajadores muy, muy amables y respetuosos, pero otros hablaban mal de los clientes a sus espaldas. Por cierto, el domingo cuando llegamos, la piscina parecía un parque de atracciones de la cantidad de gente que había, no pudimos coger hamaca ni silla.

Iwir fanden dass 16.00 uhr sehr spät für die check in ist und weil das hitel sehr weit vom stadt ist 7 km. Muss entweder mehr stadtliche bus verkehr geben oder vom hotel . Vom hotel gibt es ein transfer der 10 euro kostet fur ca. 5 km. Nur fur steand .taxi bis mutxamel 17 euro hin und mit bus linie 23 nach alicante 3 euro. Dh.34 euro plus 6 fur 1 tag wäre das günstigte. .Sie mussen Auto mieten . Die Dame marina neben rezeption fur auto vermietung usw. Sitz ,ist SUPER freundluch . Alle andere angestellten auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbreit. Wenn mehr transport wurde ich nochmal nach bonalba hotel kommen .

très très bel hôtel. Propreté irréprochable, personnel vraiment compétent. Toujours souriant, et extrêmement disponible. Piscine magnifique avec beaucoup de transat. Buffet repas vraiment varié et de bon gout. Un endroit ou nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. Un très bel hôtel à conseiller !!!

Las habitaciones son amplias y la cama es cómoda, pero me costó descansar porque estuvieron con animación a todo volumen en la zona de la piscina hasta casi las 12 de la noche y antes de las 8 ya estaban con cortacésped, sopladora, etc montando follón. El desayuno está muy bien. A los muebles, moquetas, ducha, etc se les notan los años y están pidiendo una renovación.

No repetiré
Habitación decepciónante, con una especie de terraza, que más bien era como un balcóncito para asomarse donde solo cabían muy justas una mesita y dos sillas. De largo no cabría una amaca de piscina. Las vistas invitaban a irse cada vez que te levantabas por la mañana ,solo se veía el muro de hormigón del parking. la habitación no era ni de broma una doble deluxe. Eran dos camas básicas juntas y otra supletoria separada por una mesilla de noche. Justo a la entrada, había como una especie de mini cocina inutilizada con una tabla encima y una campana extractora vieja con un mini fregadero. Tenía una mini nevera donde solo cabían tres botellas de agua de medio litro. La caja fuerte no funcionaba, y la mesa recibidor de la habitación estaba arañada de muchos usos. En definitiva una habitación de los años 80. Eso si, es de agradecer que por lo menos el aire acondicionado si funcionaba. El hotel está en una ubicación mala, donde no hay aparcamientos, por eso es necesario coger el del hotel, que por supuesto te lo cobran aparte, a razón de 10 euros diarios. En total 60 €. Cada vez que vas a cenar 2 € por una botella de agua de 1 Litro. Para acceder desde la planta al parking solo había un solo ascensor que llegará, por lo que cada vez que ibas al parking tenías una media de 10 min de espera. Mi calificación global es que si le quitas la piscina, es un hotel como mucho de 3 estrellas. No sé cómo puede estar catalogado como un 4 estrellas.

Very welcoming
The staff were lovely they really made us welcome and tried their best to speak in English as we done really speak Spanish. The resort itself was clean and tidy there were a couple of little things missed that would of made it 10/10 but nevertheless a lovely place out of the hustle and bustle of the city life.
