"Our visit was in the winter, it fit our needs nicely. The house and amenities were as described. The gathering space, table and couch is big enough for a crowd. The kitchen was stocked with what you needed to cook. Our only issue was no hot water in one shower, I alerted the owner upon check out. I assume they will attend to that. I would stay again."

"This is the second time I stayed in this VRBO. There were 3 of us and we all agreed this is a wonderful property. It is warm and cozy and inviting. There are many amenities that make it nice such as a well stocked kitchen. We had family over for dinner and while we brought mostof what we needed to cook, it was nice that there were some spices available that we didn’t bring. The location is terrific. We walked the channel and the beach. I recommend this VRBO and give it a 5 star rating. "

"Couch was absolutely disgusting. Towels were all damp, shower curtain was a pain to move and the cause of the damp towels. Towels also looked to be older than me. Both bedrooms smell. Property manager was responsive the only time I called (only called in regards to parking and she was very friendly)Location is perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. The place just needs to TLC. "

"Overall, it was a good stay but had some frustrations with things that should be functioning better. Garbage disposal didn't work. One piece of deck railing broken in half which made it scary to have a 1.5 yr old on the upstairs deck as he could fall through the opening that we had to cover. Ice trays broken/cracked. Cheap blinds upstairs and downstairs that were damaged or not functioning properly. I expected things to be "dated" but functionality was lacking at times. I did appreciate the communication with the company though as they were very prompt with their responses to any questions."
