This place is a perfect getaway for a couple. A great view of Lake Michigan, close to so many things to do in town. The house was very clean and well maintained. We liked that Brian was always so helpful. Not only were the breakfasts delicious every morning, but he interacted with all of us so well and gave us recommendations of what to do in the area. My wife and I would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the area. And we possibly may bring our entire family. This was definitely worth our time and money!

Easy check in. Be sure you get the property owner you phone number a couple of days before your visit to make it easy for him to program your room access code. Parking is on street level and will need to use the tram that’s available it be prepared to schlep your luggage up quite a long stair case. We had the smallest room in the house but it was fine. There was a partial lake view but the sunsets were fine watching from the common room window. Ease walk to the pier and beach. Downtown is probably a mile hike but not that bad. Host is gracious and makes a good breakfast. I would easily stay here again.

Loved It!

Great place! First time at a B&B and we weren't sure what to expect. It was a great vibe! The place was clean & tidy the carpet in the entrance had some stains but the rooms and the house in general was tidy. The views and sunset was absolutely amazing & being Beachfront made the entire stay absolutely perfect!

The partial lake view too was so tiny. With a tiny tv. The room was very clean and cozy, loved the jetted tub in room. It was perfect location. I would definitely come back but stay in a larger room.

This was an amazing b and b. Incredibly quiet and well kept. The owners are very accommodating and everything was kept nice and clean. You were made to feel incredibly at home and the views were absolutely breathing. I highly recommend this location.
