The Beach House is the quintessential Lake Michigan destination cottage. It sits upon a low bluff hill overlooking Grand Haven State Park and Lake Michigan and is your own private getaway that is also located right in the middle of the action.

It is located upon a small hill giving incredible panoramic views of Lake Michigan, the park, the pier, lighthouse, channel, and more! Located just down the boardwalk from Downtown, it's also an easy walk into town to visit the many restaurants, shops, and attractions.
Relax on the deck or the private terraced patio, and enjoy the views, or relax in the home itself with those same views visible from the kitchen and the living room.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a comfortable and spacious living room with huge windows facing towards the lake and state park beach. There is an attached one stall garage which is perfect for storing bikes, beach chairs, toys, and can fit one vehicle.
SLEEPING
The cottage sleeps 4 people, 2 in each of the bedrooms.
EATING
The dining room table in the kitchen is the ideal spot for a meal with a view!
THE LOCATION
The home sits directly across from Grand Haven State Park with unobstructed views and quick and easy access to all that Grand Haven has to offer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
