"Lovely house, great location, really helpful owner. Highly recommend! "

"Thanks for a great stay"

"It was a quite cozy spot with some Kangaroo spotting in the evening and morning."

"Very dissapointed. The accommodation was canceled 2 hours before we were due to arrive on Australia day weekend. They tried to find us an alternative but all accommodation was full. We were supposed to be celebrating my father's 8oth birthday. Didn't want to do the star rating as we didn't see the accommodation but couldn't submit without it."

"The Perch was located a stone’s throw away from Daylesford. A great tiny getaway for a weekend. Despite the rain all weekend, we managed to stay warm and cosy in accommodation."

"The house was very nice and clean. Very family friendly. The contact with host was smooth. We had a great time."

"Absolutely stunning property that was immaculately presented. We had an amazing time and will definitely return. "

"Lovely little getaway for the evening. Jesse was a lovely host, prompt reply and very straight forward with instructions. I loved sitting by the fire and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Definitely will come back again!"
