"Lovely quiet area with public transport very close by, self check in a bit confusing especially if you arrive later at night when you have traveled all day long but if you take your time it's ok. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. "Room was extremely warm and had 0 airflow even when the window was open, WiFi did not work in the room at all, we were third floor which could’ve been the issue. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Location was in a good spot very easy to get to the main parts of Berlin. Nothing to nice about it but the hotel is cheap which is a plus"
