Every time I stay here, almost everything is always perfect! Only complaints might be parking & access to floors 5+ require you to take 2 elevators.

Very clean, staff was fantastic!! Hotel was very close to hospital.
Parking is very expensive $32 dollars a day!!!
The parking garage is not owned by hotel and when I got in the elevator to go get my car there was a homeless person sleeping in the elevator. Definitely not safe in the garage area, especially when you pay $32 dollars a day!
