"We stayed there so we could be close to the Univ of Mo. Vet Health Ctr. Our puppy has some follow-up appts so we will come back to stay again. They had a wonderful lawn where I could take my puppy out to walk."
"Not super happy with this property. My room was dirty and pillows at this property are horrible - hard and overly stuffed - I could not sleep and ended up using towels. It would sound like I’m a pillow snob but have never complained about pillows in my life at the 100+ stays I’ve had in hotels. These were bad. Anyway, the hotel was older, well kept. Not sure why my room was dirty (hair on pillow, some sort of grit on night stand) and too late in evening for me to move rooms. The hotel gets good reviews overall which is why we stayed there so this may have just been a bad experience for me. "
"Room was clean when we got there. Staff at the front desk were awesome. Those working the breakfast and snacks lines were great at keeping things stocked up. Only complaint I would have is that the one day we wanted our room cleaned when we were gone, the housekeepers only gave us new towels and took out the trash. They didn’t change sheets or make up the rest of the room, but had no problem taking the tip I had left them.
