「We felt like royalty staying at this elegant palace. The room is giant with antique furniture but all the modern conveniences. The bath also very large with great fixtures. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the famous Scrovengi Chapel and Emeritani Museum. Padua was a great city to visit and this hotel made it extra special.」

「I was pleasantly surprised that daily cleaning was available. There is no one available to check a guest in & you have to use your phone to enter the building & the room. We like human interaction & it would be nice to have a greeter. What if a person didn’t have a cell or was not tech savvy. The price is too high for the quality though.」

「The rooms are very clean and the fact it was so close to the sanctuary of Saint Anthony was a huge Plus. However, I didn’t realise that it wasn’t a 24 hour reception and so the traditional perks of a hotel were absent. As in calling for a taxi or any particular information about the local area. But I think this was probably in the information and I must’ve overlooked it. One thing I have to say was there was a strange smell within my bedroom and when I went to bed, my clothes had a strange smell...

「町中に溶け込むようにあり、最初は不安だったのですが、部屋は十分に快適で静かで申し分ない環境でした。エキストラベッドをオファーしておいたのですが、その準備がされてなく、エクスペディアの予約シートを見せたら、大きい部屋に変更してベッドを入れてくれました。」

「インターネットは問題なく使用できました。部屋は清潔でしたが、天候上寒くて暖房が夏季は使えないので大変でした。シャワーとビデがあり浴槽はないです。スタッフは皆親切で20時以降は電子キーで開錠するので問題ないです。朝食はパン、卵、ソーセージ、コーンフレーク、ジャム等があり困りません。部屋で食べ物を食べるのは禁止でした。共用キッチンには食器、電子レンジ等揃っていて、料理したい人はできる環境です。場所も分かりやすくて駅まで歩けます。」

「日本から母と2人旅行で伺いました。 駅から少し離れている為タクシーで向かいました。乗車15分ほどでした。 チェックアウトの際も8時頃でしたがフロントの方にタクシーを呼んでいただき3分ほどでタクシーが来ました。 開業70年との事で修道院のような質素さがありお風呂も狭くお世辞にも綺麗とは言えませんが清潔さはありました。 すぐ近くに大聖堂がありホテルから見えます。朝は散歩で大聖堂へ行きました。とても素敵でした。 朝ごはんも美味しかったです。」

「いい部屋でした。 朝食はコンチネンタルブレックファーストとスクランブルエッグとベーコンがブッフェスタイルで選択できます。」

「駅から徒歩圏内だがにぎやかな場所ではないので夜の移動は注意が必要。観光地も徒歩可能だがトラムへのアクセスも良い。 施設は古びているが最低限な設備は整っている。シャワーの水圧は弱め。 総じて、移動拠点、睡眠を目的とした宿としては十分選択肢になる。」
