Staff was friendly and kind the room was clean and comfortable had the full French feel and was cozy. Transportation was a 2-4 min walk and easy to explore the sites from the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past year now. This trip I got the same room I had durning my first stay. While the layout of the room is great now there was damage to the wood floor which was a pity. But my biggest issue was that on day two there was a chemical smell in my bathroom and my tv stopped working. I addressed these issues with multiple staff members and they were never resolved during my entire stay. While the rooms are great and the staff is very friendly and the area is great, I was disappointed that my issues were not resolved. Especially given the price.

The room was really nice, and the hotel is in a great location to walk to many of the top museums we went to. The metro is close too. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Paris, and we are so glad we chose to stay at Hotel Castille!
