Basic amenities available: the room was equipped with essentials (bed, towels, bathroom facilities). Cons No staff present at reception upon arrival, leaving guests unsupported. Poor communication before arrival: no prior notice that check‑in was only via machine and card, despite request to pay in cash. Unpleasant arrival experience: forced to wait outside in the rain after an exhausting trip. Payment difficulties: inability to pay in cash caused unnecessary stress and delay. Some Cleanliness issues in the room: some hair found on sheets and pillow, towels not perfectly clean.
