部屋の清潔度、広さ、インテリアは申し分ありません。 残席なのはチェックインです。12:30ごろ到着し ”30分ほどウエイチングルームで待っていてくれ”と言われて待っていましたが13時過ぎても誰も来ずフロントに行ったところ”13:45くらいになると”言われて再び待つも14時になっても迎えに来ず再度フロントに行ったら 明らかに忘れていた様子で部屋に入ると既に部屋にスーツケースは届けられていました。お粗末な対応でした。 アフタヌーンティーは量的には少なめで、カクテルアワーのおつまみも2種類だけでワイン、ビール、ソフトドリンクのみでカクテルはないとのことでした。朝食は種類も多く、温かい料理も数種類から選べラグジュアリーな雰囲気の中 ゆっくり食事を楽しめました。 プライベートビーチではシュノーケリングも出来ます。左側の岩場付近にたくさん魚がいましたが岩がせり出しているため、頭をぶつけて切ってしまいました。スノーケリングする際はお気を付け下さい。

良かった点 プライベートビーチがとても綺麗でシュノーケリングも楽しかった。 ホテルの公式サイトの写真より綺麗でした。 イマイチな点 レストランやプールサイドではいつもスタッフがとても忙しそうで、優雅な雰囲気とはちょっとずれてた。 ブッフェではお皿やスプーンが補充されないままなんてことも。 ゲストの数に対してスタッフの数が足りない?と感じることが無くはない。 でもそんなのは全体的に見れば些細な事。 基本的に素晴らしいホテルです。

期待以上の素敵なホテル
お部屋は広く清潔で、綺麗な生花(バラ)も各部屋にいけてあり、目の前はオーシャンビューという期待以上の素敵なホテルでした。大人のホテルのため、プールやプライベートビーチ(透明度は高くない)も静かで、本を読んだりぼーっとしたり、自分の時間が過ごせます。食事の値段と味は見合っていない気がしましたが、総合的にはとても良い滞在でした。

Three days of absolute bliss. The beach is beautiful and the water is so clear - wonderful to swim in. Pool is equally fabulous. Food was amazing and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. Room was also stunning. Can't wait to go back!

Nice stay
It is an amazing and beautiful hotel. We met the most nice staff there. Every staff we met and chatted are very kind and helpful. The services we received from the chief concierge Mr. Mimouni Youssef and Mr. Ankit from laundry depot are very impressed. They are knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed our stay with them as well as the hotel very much.

A beautiful resort overlooking the sea. Staff clearly trained to the highest standards and always have smile on their faces. A great place to relax The resort is about 20 mins out of central Muscat so bear this in mind

Great holiday.
Great hotel and great experience. The hotel is quiet, and the little touches (afternoon tea, cocktail hour) really made the stay extra special. The private beach is well placed for a quiet afternoon and there is additionally the option of heading to the other two hotels within the wider complex.

Excellent resort hotel in Muscat
This hotel is really luxury resort by service and facilities. The hotel staff is professional and attentive. Hotel beaches and pools are really great. Hotel room price included afternoon tea everyday and free drinks at main terrace between 18-19 every evening. Minibar with beer and softa drinks are included into the price. On the beach you got cooled softdrink box everyday, which was excellent additional service. There are many different restaurants available in the resort area. The great experience overall. Only challenge is a long distance to city and visiting other attractions or interesting nature places close to Muscat.

Loved this hotel, fabulous breakfast, helpful and courteous staff. We liked the pool area and sunset beach. Also the small touches of a cool box bought to us round the pool each day with cold drinks. Happy hour each evening, and afternoon tea. were great. Beautiful room overlooking the beach. Loved the fish restaurant which is located in the other property. Also the Spanish and moroccan onsite were excellent too.
