Not upto Europe standard

Oman is great country but I will not recommend this hotel as service is very poor not upto Europe standards moreover Satff is not professional I will not recommend any family particularly with children

Don't book this hotel

Shower not working. Took forever to try and fix it. Ended up with a new room. Not helpfull staff. Didn't show in airport to pick us up like we had arranged before hand. Promised to give a return to the airport as a result of the missing pick up. Ended up not taking us to the airport and lied afterwards telling us they never promised to take us back to the airport. Breakfast not good. No selection. We were almost the only guests in the hotel and the restaurant took almost 1 hour to cook a meal and got the order wrong 2 times. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

chambres tres propres, tres grandes mais tres sombres. il faut allumer la lumiere en plein jour car il y a une minuscule fenetre qui donne sur un mur. pour ca, je n'y retournerais pas.

Convenient for the airport

The hotel itself is very clean and nice. The staff are polite and helpful and the wifi is great although you need a separate password for every device you want to use and have to renew it every day. On the downside the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there's no outside area to sit so once you're there you're stuck indoors. Also no hairdryer in the room.
