Great service and clean facilities (Room 301)

The staff at Crystal Suites have been extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests. They are very helpful and nice, and they go out of their way to fulfill your needs. The room was very clean upon arrival, and was maintained clean daily by housekeeping. We only used their free-breakfast one day during our stay, as the other days we were either busy or out since early in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located next to Lulu Supermarket, so you can do some basic shopping, and a petrol station is less than 2minutes away by car, in addition to other supermarkets and restaurants.. I recommend this hotel to someone especially someone who's looking for a suite with a kitchenette facility, like our case.

Good hotel bad location

The hotel itself was nice and the suite very comfortable. The condition was not perfect, my bathroom floor kept getting wet, don't know why. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The area is not pretty and far from all tourist attractions but at least there is a supermarket and some restaurants in walking distance.

Vietettiin yksi ilta Muscatissa ja halusimme hotellin kohtuullisen läheltä Mutrahin soukkia.Taksilla pääsikin helposti liikkumaan, hotellin pihalla ei kauaa tarvinnut seisoa kun kyytiä pääsi tinkaamaan. Itse hotelli oli jo aika kulunut ja huoneessa homeinen haju. Ihan siistiä oli kuitenkin ja hiljaista. Aamupalalla enemmän intialaistyylistä ruokaa. Vieressä hypermarket Lulu ja hotellissa ravintola.

キッチン、洗濯機有りのホテルだったので選びました。 部屋はゆったりして広かったです。 バスルームは二つありましたが、一つはお湯が出ませんでした。 ソファベッドがありましたが、ハウスキーパーがそれを把握しておらず、確認したものの使えませんでした。 床はきれいではなく、スリッパもなく、靴下がかなり汚れました。 スーパーが近く、便利でした。 中庭に子供の遊び場所がありました。 年末だったからか？夜中までカラオケがうるさかったです。
