Holiday home a few metres from the beach



Perfect holiday home to share with family or friends.

It has capacity for 6 people, distributed over two floors.

On the ground floor is the spacious and cosy living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor are the other two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other two single beds and there is also a bathroom with a bathtub.

There is air conditioning in the living-dining room and in the three bedrooms.



The exterior area and location are better than the interior of the house.

Spacious terrace with comfortable furniture, barbecue, sun loungers and areas of shade and sun according to your preferences.

Located just 200 metres from the beautiful Playa de Muro, in the northern area of Mallorca.

Great location to discover the best of the island.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

Bien mais pas exceptionnel

Le logement est très bien placé, au calme et pratique pour pouvoir visiter le nord de l'île. Mais il méritrait un petit rafraîchissement. Au niveau de la propreté, et au vue d'un forfait ménage à 200E... On s'attend à avoir mieux.
