About 80% services lack of proffession. Never served perfect cleaning, there's some mistake everyday. For example, a day without changing bathtowels, in the other day we've got no drinks under contract. Or, no soap provided if even its empty, or there's no refulles coffee cupsule.
And more, one old lady in reception who has totally lack of proffessional mind. We are deadly tired When we arrived and just wanted to bite some and wanna get sleep. Then we down to reception and asked her this simple queston that "Is some restaurant or cafe around here?" , she yell us and said : Chinese is your only option. Whatever she means like that.
After then, we found RESTAURANTS those NOT CHINESE. One was INSIDE of THIS HOTEL, its pizza house. Next is INSIDE of this HOTEL, its CAFE there selling sandwitches.
We are REALLY DISSAPOINTED with this, it was WORST EXPERIENCE in my life, about hotel reception.
By the way, some other guys in reception, they were GOOD or OAKAY. I don't reccomend this hotel but it could be THREE STARS.
We'd stay in Junior Suite, the room wasn't bad: Quiet, fine bed and many windows there, even we COULDN'T SLEEP because the room has NO AIRCONDITIONER, ROOM TEMPTURE was 35℃ at night.
