This hotel was great. The staff were friendly, the room was a good size and the music theme was fun. The bar has great cocktails! The location is a 15-20 minute walk to the centre but you can still see plenty on the walk and public transport is available nearby.

Hotel JAMS is a gem. Close to main action (centre) but away from tourist chaos. Staff were amazing and room was spacious. Love the music artist theme, art and quotes for each floor. Speakers and record player in each room were excellent entertainment!

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. However, the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. Upon check-in, you’re informed that they can provide a portable unit if needed. Since the weather wasn’t too hot, I decided to open the windows instead. There’s a sitting area below my room, which unfortunately means I had to hear people’s conversations late into the night. On Friday and Saturday nights, as people were returning from the bars, it did get quite loud.

The breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the yogurt, cheese, and omelet—they were really delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable—soft and cozy. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was very clean. I highly recommend it!

The location is great and we really loved the breakfast. The breakfast staff was wonderful and we got a really good coffee. The turntable is a fun idea but it didn't work in our room so that was a bit of a let down. The lobby staff was friendly but it was a bit funny that they didn't recognize us again when we came in a couple of hour after checkin. Also, we asked for a recommendation for dinner and they told us to just go anywhere. But we were happy with the room and I specially loved the padded window sill where you could sit and gaze out the window.

Hotel is centrally located and a little quirky. We spun records in our room. Breakfast was good. They did have a private party in the restaurant/bar one night when we going to have dinner there 🤔. We had an excellent stay. Wonderful hotel, clean, tidy, very helpful staff and the hotel is in a really good location. Rooms were excellent, each one with a record player and access to some great Vinyls in the reception area. Beds were comfy and rooms were well laid out. No air conditioning, which was tough during our stay during the heat wave, but staff were happy to provide fans or Aircon units if available. We were within short walking distance to Deutsche Museum and the hotel is very close to the No.17 Tram that took you into the centre of Munich. About 5 min walk from RosenheimerPlatz station that is direct to Munich airport on the S8 train. If you like running there’s a really great 7k+ route along the river and into English Gardens from the hotel, map provided at reception. Thanks to everyone at Jams
