駅降りてすぐにホテルがあり、中心市内やセンターステイションからも近く、周辺にはスーパーもあるのですごく便利でした。特にwifiの入りがいいので助かりました！

Unterschiedlichste Zimmer der gleichen Kategorie. Beim zweiten Zimmer war es deutlich besser. Das Zimmer 303 ist aber eigentlich nicht zu vermieten. Bett zu kurz, dreckig, viel weniger Einrichtung als beschrieben, deutlich kleiner als die anderen Zimmer. Sehr merkwürdig. Personal nicht gut zu erreichen.

Mir hat in der Nacht der Ankunft ein besoffener Hipster an den Seitenspiegel gepisst. Tolle Gegend! Ansonsten war das Hotel dem Preis entsprechend OK. Die Duschen im Zimmer waren aber eine Katastrophe! Wer baut eine Dusche auf einem Podest?!

Overall we were very disappointed with our stay. Starting with the room not being as advertised on Expedia. We were in a tiny box room. Queen bed was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single duvets sheets. Shower looked fantastic however black/brown grime was dripping from shower door from the shower floor and mould on the window blinds. We also tried to contact the property online however we had no response the whole trip. They had no baggage storage, which wasn’t advertised but you usually expect thin from a decent hotel. The elevator is extremely loud, as is the whole building as you can hear everything. Personally I wouldn’t class our experience as a hotel, but more like an air bnb apartment. If you want just a bed and shower and nothing else the hotel is fine for a few days.

Super zentral gelegen. Großes sauberes Zimmer. Parkplätze müssen reserviert werden, da nur wenig zur Verfügung. Um die Ecke gibt es aber Parkplätze, 11 Euro für 24 Std. Sonntag sogar kostenlos.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, con la ubahn ( goetheplatz )proprio di fronte all'ingresso , da cui si raggiunge Marienplatz in sole due fermate. Vari supermercati nelle vicinanze. Albergo privo di reception. C'è una sorta di ufficio al quarto piano. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Camera pulita, moderna e confortevole. Staff molto disponibile su check in e check out.

Check-In ganz einfach mit Safebox, bei Unklarheiten war aber trotzdem jemand erreichbar, der direkt hilfsbereit beraten hat. Die Garage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr klein, was mein beim buchen beachten sollte, wenn man beispielsweise einen größeren SUV fährt. Mit meiner Kompaktlimousine hatte ich keine Probleme und war insgesamt vollkommen zufrieden.

Stanza pulita così tale da sembrare nuova,accogliente,calda. I proprietari o gestori cordiali e disponibili tutto molto organizzato. L hotel è a 15 minuti a piedi da Marieplatz e a 7 minuti in auto .Difronte all Hotel la Metro il cinema il MC e qualche pizzeria.

Huone itsessään oli siisti ja lähes askeettinen. Kylpyhuoneessa haisi homeelle ja suihkun vesihana oli todella tiukka, sen avaaminen vaati lähes yliluonnollisia voimia.Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä silloin, kun heitä oli paikalla, aamupäivisin, mutta illemmalla heitä ei näkynyt. Me saimme selkeät sisäänkirjautumisohjeet sähköpostitse, mutta jälkeemme saapunut turisti oli pulassa, kun hän ei ollut saanut vastaavaa viestiä eikä hän näin ollen saanut avaimiaan. Hänen mukaansa henkilökunta ei ollut tavoitettavissa puhelimitse tai sähköpostitse, vaikka niin luvataan respan seinän infokirjeessä. Tuo matkailija joutui etsimään toisen yöpaikan itselleen. Tavallisessa huoneessa ei ole vedenkeitintä eikä jääkaappia, tämä on hyvä pitää mielessä eväitä hankittaessa.

Located in front of a Underground enter, very accessible and you have access to restaurants and markets easily. 20 min walking to Marienplatz or 2 stops by Underground. The hotel has a very easy concept to self services, everything is easy to access and Luis always ready to help. Very good relationship between price and services

This was probably an office before they made several hotel rooms on floors 3&4 of the building. There is no lobby and no staff on site. Our shower flooded the bathroom and bedroom ..there was no one to contact. There wasn't even a glass in the bathroom .no AC so slept with the windows open and it's on a very busy and noisy street. No closet or drawers. A few shelves and 4 hangers on wall hooks. For $85 it's a good deal. But we paid $300 during Oktoberfest which is only a 10 minute walk away. So thumbs up on location.

There is no front desk, only a check-in that lasts from around 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., they provide a key and combo to a locker if you can't make it. We scheduled to arrive at that time, and check-in was flawless, the gentlemen held our bags and then helped us carry them up the last flight of stairs, it was on the 6th floor and the elevator only goes to the 5th floor. The room was bigger than most European rooms and it had a fan, a Dyson fan!!! I loved that. 6-minute walk to Oktoberfest.

This property is not really a hotel. It’s in a building with other businesses. The hallways are very loud. It’s all concrete and grey, looks like prison cells. Zero things on the wall etc. very basic. There is no reception and you can’t get ahold of anyone that works there. There are no employees on sight. We tried for 3 days to get a hold of an employee since we had an issue. They were also doing demotion of one of the offices so we had incredible noise and very little sleep. Save your money! Run away from this property.

We are lucky to read all our rewiews, it s a schame that some that dont want to pay the entire stay in a 35 m2 new refurbisched room, try to destroy the beginnig of a little private new hotel. This Gast didnt allow to clean the room , after departure, the new room was in worst situation.We are everyday staying at the reception and we try our best for our guests.Thank you for your stay!

La chambre était très propre, les lits assez confortables. Lors du checkin en ligne l’hôtel a bien répondu à mes questions et soumis les indications pour ramasser la clé (car nous arrivions tard en soirée)… mais le coup de cœur fut l’emplacement! Juste à 8 minutes à pied de l’Oktoberfest et littéralement à côté du métro !

I think the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. So barren. Desperate need for a paint job or even just some industrial cleaning. Nice mattress and worst pillows ever. No air conditioning. So of course you want the windows open. All night you hear the noise from the street, smell the smoke from the people smoking that flows consistently into your room, and the noise of people yelling and blasting audio from their computers or something else means you are woken up constantly. Not even a fan in the room. No reception desk. I was supposed to receive and email with check in codes. Never got it. Nice guy there from time to ti w to help but most the time no one is there. It’s an office building where the top floors are hotel rooms. Elevator worked on and off which sucks royally with luggage. Can not recommend.

The location was good, within easy walking distance of shops, cafes etc. Check in went smoothly with codes provided to access our room key. Others weren’t so lucky - we come across three guys one night whose room key was not in their box! Reception (one guy in a small office on same floor) only open for a few hours in the morning. Our last night there we went out for some food to find on our return the entrance door was stuck, u able to open (The door handle had been dodgy the whole time we were there - it even had sticky tape around the handle area) We tried pushing, kicking at the door and calling out for someone inside but to no avail. After about 40mins a young couple arrived. The guy tried calling/texting the reception but no reply. In the end he asked us if it was ok to kick out the door and naturally we said go for it! On his first attempt he slammed it out 👍😂 we were so lucky he happened along. The next morning we checked out, no sign of the guy in reception by 9am!

Rezeption nicht zu den angegebenen Zeiten besetzt, überhaupt keine Parkmöglichkleiten, Hotelparkplatz steht nicht zur Verfügung, Dusche undicht, Wasser spritzt und läuft ins Zimmer, kein Kleiderschrank / Scharnk, von 2 Kleiderhaken war einer abgebrochen, nur ein Sessel und Schreibtischstuhl im Doppelzimmer, Fahrstuhl fährt nur bis zum 5. Stockwerk, Zimmer sind im 6. Stockwerk, Fahrstuhl ist sehr gut im Zimmer zu hören, Hausflur sehr ungepflegt (Ärztehaus)

Loved staying here! Nice room with the ability to open the windows. Black out curtains. Great shower. Close to the train station, Paulaner brewery, supermarket and laundry. No staff on site 24/7 but staff are around in the morning and if you need something they are extremely responsive to emails. We really enjoyed staying here.
