清潔で快適なホテルです。市内中心部の観光スポットにも歩いて行け、。WiFiの接続不良が目立つ。スマホは良いが、PCの接続ができなかった。

満足です
ミュンヘンに行こうと決めたときは気づかなかったのですが、滞在する日がちょうどオクトーバーフェスト期間中で、2か月も前なのに手頃な値段のホテルが全然空いていませんでした。しかしここだけは空室がありました。シングルの部屋だからでしょうか。値段はちょっと高めでしたが、マーケットにもマリエン広場にも近く、非常に便利で快適でした。朝食もおいしかった。中央駅からタクシーに乗ったら13ユーロほどかかりましたが、マリエンプラッツ駅から歩いてすぐです。ミュンヘンを再訪する機会があったらぜひまた泊まりたい。

マルクトプラッツから近く、ホテルから徒歩１分以内でビールが飲めます
ビクトリア―リエンマルクトから近く、ホテルを出るとすぐにビールが飲めます。 部屋はシャワーブース付のシングルで、特に問題ありません。でも、今年の夏は暑く、冷房なしはきついです。 ホテルに着いてすぐビールを飲みに行った後、ボトルウォターが近くで売っていなかったので、フロントのオジサンに頼んだら地下室から０．５リットルのボトルを２ユーロでわけていただきました。 宿泊８３€朝食１２€でした。

no air conditioning in the hot heat of summer 38 degrees and no internet access(not tomention wifi, no cabel connection!) NO hotel for those whon can not endure hot summer or those eho need internet connection.

市場の賑を感じつつ過ごすことが出来ます。空調はありませんが、窓を開けていれば十分に涼しく過ごせます。過剰なサービスはいっさいありませんが、こじんまりとしていて、落ち着きました。 シャワーブースは、お湯の出も良く、温度調節も簡単でした。 備え付けのアメニティーはシャンプーとハンドソープしかないので、それ以外に必要なものは、予め用意すると良いです。 エレベーターがありますが、キャリーバックと人一人が限界なので、あまり期待しないほうが無難です。 朝食は付けませんでしたので、わかりません。

深夜までの喧騒が気にならなければ便利
マルクトに至近で、便利ですが平日は遅くまで騒がしいです。 アメニティは部屋には特に置いてませんでした。シングルベッドは男性には小さいかも。シャワーのみですがバスルームは広いです。Wi-Fiはロビーでしか使えません。知らずに決めてしまい不便でした。スタッフの対応は、人によるが概ね良好。車の入れない石畳の路地にあるので(雰囲気は良い)、ホテル前まで100mくらい？スーツケースを引いて歩くのが大変でした。また、エレベーターが狭い(人1人とスーツケース程度)に注意。

I've seen some comment about rooms being small. The nature of the building somewhat dictates this, and for a single, mine was absolutely fine. The same goes for the small lift - you'd struggle to fit a bigger one in, so be patient! There's obviously been a refurbishment, which I liked, and the staff were great. I didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on that. The location is great, right in the heart of the Alte Stadt, with many key spots within walking distance. The market itself is fantastic, too (be prepared at the beer stall and a couple of the coffee places for cash only transactions). There are some potential downsides - no fridge or kettle in the room - but neither of these bothered me. A double set of windows meant that personally I didn't find things noisy. I will certainly return to this hotel next time I'm in Munich.

Overall this hotel is in the best location in Munich, it’s in the center of everything. Unfortunately we had to leave a night early due to a train strike since we had a train for the next morning to Vienna, we knew it would get cancelled and sure enough it did. So we had to take a train a day early and explained to the hotel the situation but they would not give us a refund for that one night we are losing due to the strike. That was the only downfall to it but I really like this hotel.

The location is amazing for exploring Munich. Close to sits, restaurants and public transportation. A few of the prior ratings mentioned hotel staff didn’t speak English. We did not find that to be the case.

Great location
The hotel was in a great location. Super easy to get to and right at the market. The room itself was tiny and being on the first floor the garbage trucks woke me up quite early. I’d suggest asking for an upper floor room.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of old town Munich. Just steps from restaurants, cafes, the open market and many beautiful sights. The room was 2 twins and very small for my daughter and I. There was a large fan but no A/C. The front desk clerk did not speak any english and we don't speak German, but we were able to communicate ok with our translate apps. The parking garage is about 2 blocks away, and I learned the second day that we could get some parking covered by presenting the parking ticket to the front desk.

Charming hotel on cobblestone walkway within walking distance of many attractions, dining and public transport. I would definitely recommend. One thing of note: there is no air conditioning but there is a fan in the room - with windows open at night, that helped cool off the room.

A nice boutique hotel in the center of Munich. Easily walkable to most all of the main attractions and shopping. The adjacent market was really cool! Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good as well.
