とても良いホテルです。
受付か対面式からデジタルチェックインに変わっていました。台数が2台しかないので、混んでいるとちょっと待つかもしれませんが、スタッフが常在しているので、丁寧な対応て助けてくれます。 部屋は広くて綺麗です。朝食も美味しいです。

ゴールド会員特典でツアー1名分無料とあったので予約したが、受付はツアーのことを初めて聞く感じで、ドリンク一杯分の券を渡されただけだった。感じが非常に悪かった。これなら他のホテルを予約すればよかった。 部屋は綺麗だが、シャワーがガラス張りで部屋の真ん中なので、他の人とは泊まりたくない。

フロント、朝食会場のスタッフさんはとても感じが良かったです。朝食も、暖かい卵料理が食べられて美味しかったです。 部屋が。。二人で予約してるのにバスタオルが1枚。 スポーツサイズのタオルもなく、他ハンドタオルが置いてあるだけ。 英語が上手く話せないし、明日はあるだろうとそのままにしたら、翌日もタオル類は一切補充、交換もなく。 3泊目に、新しいバスタオルとスポーツタオル、ハンドタオルが各2枚置いてありました。 最初から置いてて欲しかったなー。 他のホテルが言わずとも普通に置いてあるものだけに、残念でした。

家族旅行で、2部屋に分かれての滞在でした。チェックインの時、特にコネクトルームの希望はしていなかったのですがコネクトルームの用意が出来ると言ってもらい利用しました。やはり何かと便利で有り難かったです。 朝食は、卵料理は注文して出来たてを食べられます。温かい飲み物も注文してから出て来るので良かったですが、野菜が少ないのとスープ類が無くて残念でした。 部屋は、シャワールームのガラス張りが気になり予約の際に迷いましたが思っていた程には、気になりませんでした。ただ部屋によってシャワールームの配置が違うので一概には言えませんが、私の滞在した部屋は許容範囲でした。もう少し寒くなるとやはりバスタブが欲しいと思います。 今回は、オクトバーフェストに行きたくて決めた日程なので料金が割高なのは仕方ないと割り切ってました。 ロケーションは、とても便利でした。 オクトバーフェスト会場、中央駅、街中観光と何処にでも徒歩で大丈夫でした。 中央駅が、直ぐなので朝早く電車利用しての別の都市へ観光に行くにはとても便利でした。

ミュンヘン中央駅南口から道路を渡って３分くらい。道路沿いにあるのでわかりやすく、ツアーの集合場所（南口のスタバ前）にも近く便利でした。ザルツブルクに鉄道で行く場合は、ホテルソフィテルの裏の道から行くとホームが近くて楽です。近くのバイアー通り沿いのレストランは、日本人や韓国人の観光客が多くビールや料理もリーズナブルでした。

出張で1泊使用しました。駐車場を使用する際は、まず受付で場所の説明（ビルの裏手）を聞き、Keyを受け取ります。スペースは十分にあります。 Check In／Outの際の対応もよかったです。 部屋も綺麗ですし、シャワーの水圧もOK。朝食も内容十分、白ソーセージもありました。 中央駅目の前、繁華街にも徒歩10分くらいですので、便利です。 ミュンヘンの市内という事から考えても、コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。

Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable - shower worked really well. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was good as you can order coffee and eggs and they had other foods out buffet style. Location is good for using the metro as the train station is across the street.
