Das Hotel hat uns rundum begeistert. Es war sehr gemütlich und ruhig, und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, unten in der Lobby in angenehmer Atmosphäre zu sitzen und dabei einen wunderbar aromatischen Kaffee zu genießen, den man sich selbst an der dortigen Kaffeemaschine zubereiten kann. Eine wirklich tolle Idee und ein echtes Highlight. Ganz besonders möchten wir auch die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität der Hotelmitarbeiter hervorheben – ihre Aufmerksamkeit und ihre stets herzliche Hilfsbereitschaft. The hotel is in a quiet area of the city. A metro station in a distance of ~500m brings you to the city center (U3 line) and there are also buses in other directions. There is no major supermarket at walking distance, but some of them are easily reached in 5min by bus. The room was clean, has suitable size for two persons, and has a kitchenette. It had basic amenities. However, there are also some problems, particularly for a long stay (which was may case, who stayed there 6 days). There is no room service for stays of less than 7 days, so there was no replacement of soaps, hygienic paper, or trash bags. The cutlery is for 2 persons only, which is a problem if we need more than 2 spoons for the breakfast or for cooking. The laundry has poor maintainance: the wash compartment had soap residues of previous washes, so I had to clean it for using, and the filter of the drier was not clean. Also observe that the hotel asks you to sign a statement that you have to pay a fee of 750 euros in case of the smoke alarm rings in your room. This is a problem for the non-smokers who want to cook something because we are always afraid that the alarm rings due to the steam. I recommend the hotel for short stays and for visiting the city. For those who plan to visit other cities, renting a place near the train station (hbf) is better. For long stays, be aware of the inconvenients described above.

God beliggenhed, men ellers under forventning

Sengene er desværre meget ukomfortable, og værelserne fremstår slidte. Vi oplevede blandt andet flere huller i væggene, hvor der tidligere må have været knager eller hylder, som nu manglede. Hotellet har en god placering tæt på U-bahn, men det er værd at bemærke, at der også ligger en jernbane på den modsatte side af bygningen, hvilket kan give en del støj – især om natten. Morgenmaden er ganske simpel og ikke noget særligt. Alt i alt er min oplevelse, at man kan finde væsentligt bedre hoteller i samme prisklasse andre steder i München.

Känsla av studentkorridor

Vi var där i fem nätter. Under denna tid gick ingen servicepersonal in i vårt rum och städade eller något, trots att vi bett om att åtminstone tömma papperskorgen vid flera tillfällen vilket ej hände. Mot slutet av vistelsen kändes rummet därför ej så fräscht. Toalettpapper fylldes inte heller på utan det fick man be om i recensionen. En annan stor nackdel var lyhördhet. Grannar som festade i rummet bredvid störde tre av våra nätter. Utanför fönstret dessutom en järnvägsknut med tåg som stannade till och gnisslade och lät högljutt dygnet runt. Det allra bästa var att kök med kyl, spisplattor, fläkt, diskho och Micro fanns. Detta gjorde att kostnader kunde hållas nere på semestern eftersom vi kunde köpa mat och laga själva vid behov. Relativt väl utrustat med köksporslin med mera. Fler hotell skulle ha detta! Fanns även fast bord med två stolar, vilket var praktiskt. Badrum bra, men dåligt tryck i duschen Sängar ok, inga ”krusiduller” eller finesser utan bara en madrass på ben utan gavlar. Kunde gärna känts mer hotellig med sänggavel etc. Bra hyllor att lägga smågrejer på samt litet sängbord. Personal ung och hjälpsam gällande information hur man tar sig runt i München etc men mindre så gällande städ. Mot slutet var de trötta på oss och vår vädjan om att tömma våra papperskorgar vilket alltså aldrig hände. Ej heller dammsugning etc. Lite känsla av studentkorridor och lägenhet.

Beaucoup trop cher!

La réservation était pour une chambre appart-hotel avec un lit double, nous avons eu 2 petits lits séparés de chaque côté de la pièce. Il manquait une fourchette et des rideaux a une fenêtre. Nous vous donc réclamé a la réception , une personne est venue nous installer un rideau qui faisait la moitié de la fenêtre et sur les 3 nuits passées pas de signe de la fourchette manquante! La vaisselle est plus que limité et correspond plus à une chambre qu'à un appart-hotel !!!!! Juste derrière l'hôtel des trains passent, la climatisation ne fonctionnant pas, nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes, donc entre le bruit et la lumière, sans compter la literie vraiment limite, nous n'avons pas beaucoup dormi. Nous vous payé 365€ hors taxe et 48€ de parking pour 3 jours, la prestation ne vaut absolument le tarif et nous ne sommes absolument pas satisfait.

Praktisch und zweckmäßig. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und super mit öffentlichem Verkehr erreichbar, Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber teuer. Sehr nettes Personal. Gym vorhanden, besteht aber nur aus drei Geräten und Hanteln. Nachts sehr laut, wegen angrenzender Zugstrecke. Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig, Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Allerdings hätte ich für den Preis, mehr Sauberkeit erwartet.
