気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
This was a 1970's mismanaged rundown disappointment and shines a bad light on the Baymont Experience . Sheets stained, A.C unit so loud it was hard to sleep , room for two 1 medium size towel and 2 face towels with 2 washcloths with a sliver size piece of soap to bathe with. Vending machine not working halls carpet not vacuumed. Hair dryer didn't work had rust on coils . Glass door at bottom at entrance broken and weird incense being burned at front desk to mask the mold smell from the carpets. I cannot believe Baymont charged me for this ,i have sayed in your hotels in the past with only good experiences but will now have to think twice when I see a Baymont inn. I have never asked for a refund on services or hotels before in my life but truly think we are owed one in this case.
